There is an amazing failure rate for transfer with Aspora. There is no helpline, no email support. Only in app chat which they choose to respond at their convenience. Go to trustpilot (Vantem Holdings) and read the hundreds of horror stories from hapless customers. I had to chase for 5 straight days to get refund of my transfer which inexplicably ‘failed’ despite entering all the details as I’ve done with other money transfer apps.

I read online reviews on Reddit and it’s not very good - Delays in transfer, banks ensure real time credit, the my credibility is shady and their customer service is just chat bots. I created my account and did some background check. Aspora doesn’t have an option. To delete and complete secure your id and photos. Unless these issues are sorted do not use Aspora.

I made a transfer through Vance and they will not even refund it if they do not process the funds on time. It's been 4 days but it hasn't been credited to the beneficiary's account yet. It's unfortunate that customer service is unhelpful and unprepared to address issues. I just want to make sure no one can use Vance to avoid the delay and not to do any transactions with them.

It’s not available in US yet, but not sure why it’s available in US App Store. Maybe to collect users phoneme and email. No option to delete account as well.

I tried Aspora and its taking too much time, more than a day to send money to recievers account as most of the banks or apps are sending money instantly to india.
