I used LaserAway for the time in one year with this app, not at all a good experience. I booked the appointment through LaserAway and it showed me till the time of my appointment and i made it to the place. To my surprise associate over their said i never had an appointment. I didn’t even make a call as it was showing in LaserAway all the time. And even infront of them also App was showing an appointment for next day, but they have no appointments available until next month.

anytime i set an appointment on LaserAway, i get a call the same day of the appointment canceling it, even if i waited months. my $9k invested into this product is going to be all for nothing because i’ve had to take several months long breaks in treatment because of this issue and they haven’t fixed it

When you try to book an appointment on LaserAway , it shows appointments that don’t really exist - and lets you book appointments that are then cancelled by the clinic later. Please fix

I was advised never to schedule on LaserAway by a direct contact at a clinic. Stated that LaserAway is never accurate with their actual appointments. LaserAway also does not track what you have banked in regards to pre purchased packages. There is continuous scheduling conflicts and issues w/ laser away in general.

Call to make appointments. I made an appointment and it was changed automatically without a phone call or notification. I have the confirmation in my email and it was changed 2 weeks later. Also, an employee told me it’s makes mistakes or double books.

Within 5 minutes of trying LaserAway :
It says “click here to get your 5,000 points for downloading.” I clicked there and it reads that I have zero points.
I attempted to make an appointment by using scheduling using my packages and the multiple choice select screen wouldn’t scroll for me to be able to submit.
I looked for a place to submit app feedback and fix requests on LaserAway and there’s nothing.
I see a developer responded to another reviewer, but I’d rather be able to submit a ticket via LaserAway .
Right now, LaserAway is just taking up storage on my phone because I couldn’t use it to schedule.

I showed up to what I thought was an appointment scheduled for me since I booked it through LaserAway . The receptionist said that LaserAway doesn’t work and that I need to call to make appointments. Unfortunately I work long hours during the week and it’s hard for me to sit on the phone waiting to set up an appointment since I had a bad experience prior. I was really hoping this online booking app would work.

I make bookings through LaserAway and then the location doesn't honor the bookings. What is even the point of LaserAway .

Why y’all need me to update LaserAway every two days? Disappointing!

Since I started this this app journey in December, LaserAway has been disappointing. For example, I would book my appts through LaserAway one month in advance. I would receive reminder emails & text messages a few days before my appt. When my appt day arrives & I show up at this app the receptionist tells me that my appt was not confirmed & they are booked solid. Frustrating more than anything so I’ll stick to calling the location to schedule appts.

Was looking forward to an app to track my laser appointments since I’ve just been using my notes to track how many of each service I have left and when I schedule the next appointment. Unfortunately, the calendar only shows that your next appointment is a laser hair removal appointment but doesn’t specify which part or how many are left. When you buy 6-8 sessions of 5 different sections, you’d hope there’s an easy way to keep track of all that. Waste of an opportunity as you’d think that’s the main purpose of LaserAway .

My booked appointments should be in the calendar tab not the account tab. I double booked myself by accident because I looked in the booking tab (with the calendar icon) and didn’t see a booked appointment there.

It doesn’t work at all. Every time I schedule an appointment with LaserAway I get a call from a rep saying that time slot isn’t available and that I have to reschedule. It’s been like this since the day you launched the feature. Why put this out if it doesn’t work?

I just downloaded LaserAway from getting the email that was sent out about it. I logged in. I went to see my appointment, which is scheduled for 12:15 and it says it’s for 7:15pm?? That’s definitely a bug issue as i’ve already double checked my appointment time and i’m pretty sure LA is closed at that time! Otherwise, I haven’t used LaserAway for anything else but I think this needs to get revised before being available for everyone! xx

Great app could use a few updates like adding push notifications for rewards program. Adding Apple Pay when paying by card instead of credit account. This way we have a much easier and faster way to pay thought your mobile app. Also can you add a way to place online orders for your skincare products in app. Also I would like LaserAway to send push notifications such as appointment reminders, changes at the clinic so that if I am able to start my appointment sooner I would know right away. Also add a wait list tool in LaserAway so if no appointments are open but a appointment slot opens up or the clinic is running a bit early and can fit me in I would know thought LaserAway and be able to accept the time slot offered to me. Also when the clinic is running behind or ahead of schedule it would help if LaserAway would send me push notifications and have it where LaserAway can pull gps data so the clinic would know how soon to expect me this way if there is some open time a extra client can be fit in from a stand by list. Also could you add a waver form for the Cooltone treatment as well and have it where if we want to schedule a appointment we would not have to select collscupting. This way it would be less confusing both for the client and the clinic. Also on my account I would like to have a way for it to show the number of applicators used and are avaloble for coolsuting and coolltone Also it would be great if your had a way for app users to self check in when arriving to a appointment. This way it would help improve appointment wait times this way from desk staff can be working on other important thinks like informing us of new prom offerings or new services that are being added at that clinic.

I've recently started using the this app app, and I'm so glad I found it! It's made it so easy to book appointments, get reminders, and track my treatment schedule. I also love that I can see all of the discount offers available!

LaserAway is well-designed and easy to use. I especially like the way that it's very user-friendly. This makes it easy to find the information I need quickly.

Overall, I highly recommend the this app app. It's a great way to book and manage your appointments.
