Worst ever experience

I used this App for the time in one year with LaserAway, not at all a good experience. I booked the appointment through this app and it showed me till the time of my appointment and i made it to the place. To my surprise associate over their said i never had an appointment. I didn’t even make a call as it was showing in the App all the time. And even infront of them also App was showing an appointment for next day, but they have no appointments available until next month.

I was advised never to schedule on the app by a direct contact at a clinic. Stated that the app is never accurate with their actual appointments. The app also does not track what you have banked in regards to pre purchased packages. There is continuous scheduling conflicts and issues w/ laser away in general.
