How to fix Plug app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Plug app on iPhone
Update Plug app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Plug iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Plug on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Plug network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Plug Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Plug not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Plug App
1. On android, goto Settings » Plug » click [Force Stop]

Update Plug to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Plug App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Plug » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Plug.

Fix Plug unable to contact server/ Plug internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Plug » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Plug » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
