JackRabbit Deliveries Reviews

On the most recent occasion I tried to use JackRabbitDeliveries it first kept forcing an update (even though app store implied it is the current version), then when I attempted to login it will only allow me to create a new account rather than signing in with an existing one. I tried multiple ways to try to get to the sign-in screen but no-go. When I proceed with the only sign-in option (to create an account) and enter my information it then complains that the email is already in use and provides no option to sign-in instead. So basically JackRabbitDeliveries is unusable. I have ordered throughJackRabbit a number of times in the past and wanted to give my business to a smaller company but it looks like I’ll need to migrate to one of the bigger names based on JackRabbitDeliveries experience.

I’m sorry Kevin, but I think JackRabbitDeliveries needs to be more polished when competing against companies like Uber eats and DoorDash. No doubt you put effort into developing JackRabbitDeliveries , but why would I need to install an update (through an in-app modal) after I install JackRabbitDeliveries for the first time? Why not “fix some minor bugs” and push it to App Store Connect? If they’re just minor bug fixes, why do you have to circumvent Apple’s pipeline to get them pushed out? That just doesn’t make sense to me knowing how easy App Store Connect is and honestly very sketchy from a users perspective.

I was so excited to finally have something delivered to my area, but the pricing is ridiculous. First of all, the delivery fee for the restaurant I chose said it would cost $14.80. Okay, that’s a lot, but I can do that. When I went to check out, they had an added “flat fee” that is never mentioned. That was $9.11. They then changed the delivery fee to $20. $30 just for the delivery, not even including the actual meal or the tip for the driver? No thanks. Be more upfront about your prices next time that way people won’t be bothered to even download JackRabbitDeliveries .

The drivers are so kind and my food was on time and hot!
