Called support about being prompted for account number, was told they don't have account numbers and transferred, then told I shouldn't be asked for an account number, then told to delete and re-download. 3 people and no one seemed to care when I told them that this same issue had multiple complaints and that HomeAwayPM had terrible ratings. Another time waster brought to you by HomeAway.

Please update for iPhone X, my notifications are not working, when do you think this will be fixed? I use HomeAwayPM for work and not having the notifications working is very inconvenient, I have sent emails, talked with your customer service department and nothing! What kind of company are you people running??

To echo previous reviews, this is stupid!

What happened to the best home rental site ever? VRBO? Home Away took over and drove it into the ground. We much preferred VRBO to Airbnb but are being forced to make the switch.

These bad reviews have been going on for a long time, is anybody watching? Don't bother with HomeAwayPM or this site. They don't seem to care.

All you people are idiots! Your account # is literally always in the corner when you're logged into escapia on a regular browser. VERY USEFUL APP

You have to enter user name, password, and account number. User name and password are easy, but can't access account number anywhere. No customer support from the website. They offer some generic options, but none to fit this problem.

I had my doubts based on the previous reviews. I got my email with a mobile invitation number that has no relation to the information they require to log in. BTW I decided to unsubscribe from their emails and they sent me to a site that was in French! What a mess.

Thanks for out performing you barely usable app!!!!!! The new one you can,t even log into. What a joke that we pay for this service!!!!!
Try getting something right for a change that actually works on an Apple product!!!!

Easy to download but does not allow setting up of an account without first logging into an account, which is not yet created and therefore HomeAwayPM is inaccessible.

Totally useless. Requires an account number to log in, and I have no idea where to find it. It's definitely NOT my listing number.

Can't even login because there is no account number, but it's "required for login." Useless.

What other app requires that you remember an account number - in addition to email address & password...

You can't use HomeAwayPM without an account number. DOA.

I am reinstalling again! Works ok on iPhone. No usage in IPad.
