Beware of connecting your email!!! First, I never received the points for connecting my email. I never received any points from my recent purchases.
Second, When I try to submit a ticket I get an error that user doesn’t exist!!
Third, ever since I connected my email, ALL of my emails are being marked as read and it’s not by me. I have changed my password on my email. There is no way in ShoppingEmailInbox to remove your email from your account and there is no way to contact them because I keep getting the user profile doesn’t exist when I try to submit a ticket!!
All 6 of my sisters signed up and linked their email and i didn’t receive no points and it’s not number or email for customer support what a scam

I try to contact support it keeps saying my profile was not found. I referred 2 people and never received my referral rewards please fix this.
I keep on putting connect so I could track my packages but it never connects only sends me a email from google saying someone logged into my account and to check activity.

I don’t know how to feel about ShoppingEmailInbox. I had good feelings with it at the start but then it wouldn’t give me the 250 signup bonus for completing my profile and the 500 for linking my account. Then it says user profile not found and I can’t open tickets or anything. Seems scammy.
