You know what else is not great? Seeing a cap you like in a New Era ad, then choosing the “click to see more” and then doing that, having the app open to a different section and not being able to find the cap you were interested in.
And while we’re at it. How can you buy a hat online successfully anyway? The quality assurance for cap size consistency has been garbage since the 90s, and hasn’t improved. I have caps sized bigger than others that somehow fit too snugly. Bigger sizes should actually be bigger.

Don’t like the fact that you can’t contact a live person about a messed up order… the chat bot doesn’t always resolve issues, secondly… why does it take so long to ship these orders… and lastly, the availability of a lot of your merchandise is terrible… especially for people that wear 7 3/4 hats… that size seems to always be unavailable
