You know what’s not great? When you choose a section to shop in and the page loads 5-10 times. It’s something you should be embarrassed about and should have found in routine testing….the kind you do when you care about your customers.

You know what else is not great? Seeing a cap you like in a New Era ad, then choosing the “click to see more” and then doing that, having ShopNewEra open to a different section and not being able to find the cap you were interested in.

And while we’re at it. How can you buy a hat online successfully anyway? The quality assurance for cap size consistency has been garbage since the 90s, and hasn’t improved. I have caps sized bigger than others that somehow fit too snugly. Bigger sizes should actually be bigger.

Garbage.

When I recently placed my order and was ready to check out and applied my coupon it took off the 20 percent at that point I realized that there might be something else I liked so I decided to check out the following day when I went to check out the coupon was gone when I went to reapply it wouldn’t let me I tried various other coupons and wouldn’t let me apply however if I would’ve checked out the night before the coupon would’ve applied the coupon was not expired so therefore I will not be doing any future business with you and not recommending anyone to this company matter of fact when my order comes I will be sending it back this is not good business practice I am very disappointed I hope someone takes out the time to actually read this

Don’t like the fact that you can’t contact a live person about a messed up order… the chat bot doesn’t always resolve issues, secondly… why does it take so long to ship these orders… and lastly, the availability of a lot of your merchandise is terrible… especially for people that wear 7 3/4 hats… that size seems to always be unavailable

New Era, please, can we get some features added to this basic disappointing app? Not much, just add an option to filter view by hat size. Thank you.

My friend showed me ShopNewEra and barely got it I took it off and got it again but for some reason it won’t let me put my Gmail and password like I just got it and thought if I took it off and got it again maybe it will work but still doesnt idk if it’s my gmail or something but I need help with this

It’s not easy to navigate for shopping. At all. You can’t shop by team unless you search for it. And then you can’t doing any filtering by style or other features. Very frustrating.

Just takes to long to receive order after spending $40 - $75 for the hat and then still having to pay for shipping

A beautiful thoughtful working app, but it lacks the simple things. Maybe it is just my version….i double checked to make sure it was up to date (and it is). 1. Where are all the college drop downs 2. Why is it that most of the new “Collections” doesn’t include the Texas Rangers? 3. When you ship high dollar hats and carriers that we love, think about how you would want to receive them. It’s a collection that you work hard for. It’s a clean addiction with a beautiful product. Love us like we love you. 👊🏽

Takes too long to receive your order. Should have a more expedited process.

It never lets me make an account, it sends me the account activation email then when I click the link it sends me to the same page 🤦‍♂️. New Era other than the account is a great app to browse hats and apparel

Just placed a 445 dollar order and was a little hard to find 7 3/8

I love all the deals and I love that they have a section with discounted hat specially if you have a boyfriend that loves wearing hats and that’s all they wear so it’s a great website to get hats specially fitted hats and a great price

I have ordered some caps but the order does not appear and I cannot track it, what could have happened there?
