I try to make an appointment for my daughter with a GI specialist and the only option it gives me is for diabetes care. There are so many platforms that are extremely useful from multiple health systems. I have no idea how this app is even published and made available for patients. It is useless.

Have downloaded the app repeatedly. Each time I go in and set it so it recognizes my face and it immediately says I attempted too many times and makes me login manually. Horrible app.

Impossible to find what I need without digging. Very slow. We have patient portals from multiple hospital groups, and this is by far the worst. Doesn’t even have growth charts, etc.
