Why you need reward card number?

This is not related food or service!! I think your app needs major improvement! It is the only application asks reward card number to sign in ,weird! I changed my device and asking me reward number to log in who keeps reward card these days everything on digital ? I know my account email and password but I can not sign in because I don’t have reward card number ! Yes I can have the number some how but it is worth to waste time ???
Never order from the app, no support!!

I ordered from the app instead of other apps like Doordash. The app showed the location as open, allowing me to order for a pickup time of 8:30pm. Apparently, the store closes at 7pm at that location. I’m out of money with no way to get support. The restaurant cannot return the money. There is absolutely no support or helpline for orders. Their ‘Contact Us’ is just corporate helpline not for orders.

Just made an order and got my order. Reason why i even ordered to begin with was because of a promotion. The promotions and deals were very very misleading. Ordered online... Once i came to pick up, i was told that the promotion for a free side and a drink doesn’t work because it had to be scanned while you order. Very inconvenient! Employees not willing to help out especially on the COVID circumstance.
App will mislead you! On a side note, the food was “meh”. Paid $13 for a Gyro platter and honestly. Food tasted flat, fast-food, and over-priced. Will never order here again.
