I'm scheduled an appointment For service from 7 AM to 1130 It is now 1204 and I have A no show wth No consideration that I waited 4 and a half hours for nothing no one showed up or called I am very disappointed.

My area representative is no longer employed with Sunrun. This isn't my problem. I would like the promotion promise for both of my houses. Because this smacks of "bate and switch" tactics. If you can't make good on what was promised then please let me know who I can contact to come and get their equipment. Broken promises are broken contract. Not to mentioned one of my houses got the instillation and it isn't working. We had to pay both this months solar and a large pge bill. I was told I would be comped for one month due to the fact that it hasn't been repaired yet. Repair date of 8/15 is scheduled. We have had the system since June and it's not working to full capacity should have been fixed before now. I have called several times to get some attention and nothing is being done. The biggest problem is that after contacting pge, tesla and sunrun on their end it looks like everything is working. Believe me it isn't and I am very frustrated that nobody has made an attempt to even contact me. I want 460 up and running to full capacity. I want my 6 months free promotion on both of my houses. I want to speak with someone who is actually capable of fixing this ie. a bosses boss or someone higher. This app looks pretty but it’s data is sadly lacking. I thought the old app was bad, this is worse. All the numbers are rounded off except the current day making accuracy next to impossible. No way to get a downloadable file. The only improvement was being able to see what’s going on in real time. Don’t disable the old app!!!! The daily production never added up to the monthly bill and now you’ve made tracking production worthless.

I have a system that also includes a battery back up system. The fact I can’t see any battery data or panel level information on this app is very disappointing. If I’m forced to use this app, I expect to be able to monitor the health of the system myself since I did after all pay for it. This app needs feature parity to at least the mySolarEdge app, which I cannot get access to through Sunrun.

First, I appreciate your support in restoring my system.
However, I was surprised by the lack of knowledge your screener and live-chat persons displayed. I encourage management review both of those encounters in order to better prepare them to pay attention to what your customers are experiencing. Examples: Chat person emailed me instructions to “recycle” my system to restore the “green” led on my inverter. I never said the green LED was off. Donney, challenged me when I told her I was able to monitor production hourly.
My intent is to improve understanding between your employees and customers.
