Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Xperience app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Xperience app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Xperience app on iPhone
Update Xperience app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Xperience iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Xperience on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Xperience network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Xperience not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Xperience app issues:

Force Stop the Xperience App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Xperience app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Xperience to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Xperience App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Xperience app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Xperience.

Fix Xperience unable to contact server/ Xperience internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Xperience » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Xperience » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xperience on android.
