When a person transfers money from savings to checking or vice versa, the information does not specify which way the money is traveling. It shows the amount and the fact that money has been transferred; but not the direction.

First Bank of PR needs to allow a person to make transfers from their account to send to an external account. Right now, the option is not available. A person can have an external bank transfer from an 1st PR account .

El cambio que hicieron fue desastroso. No se ven todas las cuentas que uno tiene con first bank. Únicamente se ven las cuentas de cheque. No se ve la Reserva ni el préstamo hipotecario.
La letras muy minúsculas difíciles de leer al menos que uno agrande a cada momento la pantalla.
Ojalá lo vuelvan a poner como estaba antes porque es horrible el cambio

Tienen que mejorar la información sobre tus transacciones, que se reflejen una vez las hagas y salga de donde haces los debitos al momento

Las plataformas del First Bank son un asco.
Pensando seriamente en moverme para otro banco menos malo.

Al hacer el up date la aplicación no actualiza en la app para abrir directamente del app en la pantalla hay que entar en la tienda de aplicaciones para desde ahí tener acceso a la aplicación. Muy mal la app nunca actualizo dentro de la aplicación nueva y para bajarla no lo permite ya que reconoce que ya está bajada, para colmo se borra la app vieja y tampoco reconoce que ya no la tienes y aun así tampoco deja abrirla.

Horrible no piensan en las personas de edad avanzada no puedo leer lo que dice ni mi balance y no hay opción para agrandar la letra 😢 que les pasa ayúdenme 🤓

A quien se le ocurrió poner la cantidad de la última transferencia ahí en primera plana y highlighted in green??? !!! Llama mucho la atención. Es confuso, imagina q su última transferencia fue hace 1 año por un montón de dinero y uno pelado ver esa cantidad ahí! En verdad que yo no sé por qué en PR todavía se insiste en hacer las cosas a medias o mediocridad, ah y si hay quien tiene dinero para costear mejoras es un banco no creen?

Se ve muy bonita, organizada, y actualizada en la era digital. Sin embargo hay que seguir dando énfasis en mejorar algunos detalles, que elevarán el app. Éxito! 𝑹𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒛 𝒃𝒚 𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒎𝒂𝒓 𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆.

This new download keep asking to download , it is difficult to sign in to FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp , before sending these new versions to make sure it works properly , I am accustom using the old app that usto work fine

So not happy that I cannot access my old app for the bank. The new app that it takes you to tells u repeatedly re-enter ur info and says it’s not correct; I know it’s correct!

No sirve , llevo días tratando de bajar la app e inscribirme y toda la información que pongo para ustedes está errónea y luego me bloquean la cuenta.

No se pueden depositar cheques, tiene defecto que no ve foto posterior

Esta nueva aplicación es PÉSIMA. No puedo ver mis cheques cobrados cuando aparecen en las transacciones pues le doy con el dedo al cheque y no aparece. En las transacciones de la cuenta solo aparece en pantalla un espacio vertical limitado e incómodo para visualizarlo. Favor regresar al formato anterior. ESTO NO ES UN ADELANTO, ES UN ATRASO.

En la nueva aplicaciòn he confrontado problemas para depositar cheques. Por lo cual tuve que ir directamente a la sucursal

Inclusive en la sucursal la Representante intentó realizar los depósitos desde la aplicaciòn en mi celular y no tuvo éxito

En el app anterior se podía ver la cuenta de ahorros para poder hacer transferencias entre cheque y ahorros, pero ahora no.

Hoy tuve el gusto de usar por 1ra vez la nueva app de 1st Bank. La encontré mucho mas amistosa para adultos mayores, (9/26) cumpliré 70 años y a veces se me hace difícil por mis condiciones de artritis y ansiedad!! Pero, espero continuar practicando para acelerar el ejercicio! Gracias mil! Adelante!!!

No puedo ver mi información de mi Prestamo de auto. Con la otra app nunca había tenido problema.

Me gustaba más la app anterior aunque era la arcaica. Quitaron el botón de olvide mi contraseña.

Why is it that the need to upgrade something that works perfectly is constant? The previous version worked perfectly but this one constantly gives problems to install. It keeps saying that the security questions are incorrect when I know perfectly well that they are not!! Now I'll have to go into the branch and hope that they can help which is questionable at best!!

Now FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp is prettier but since the change I haven’t able to deposit a single check, the camera does not focus and it doesn’t have flash anymore, and i get a message that the check has not been deposited 😒👎

The new app is not offering me any options to see my daily transactions. Prior version was a whole lot better! ☹️

I was excited for this new app but it doesn’t even open now. Very disappointed

Esta versión no me permite entrar y bloquea mi información todo el tiempo. Puedo entender que debe ser segura, pero es que ni me ha permitido entrar. La versión pasada yo la tenia configurada y no tenia problemas. Desde allí hacia todas mis transacciones. Con esta se me ha atrasado todo. Honestamente estoy descontenta con esto.

Since the last update every time i open FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp i get asked to update but no update is available. FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp store just gives me the option to open FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp and then it works, but i have to do the same process each time i try to use FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp .

The old version was better in terms of how detailed my transactions were

Dark mode theme is missing. White screen for some people is very bright and uncomfortable. Most new app have a dark mode setting included.

First Bank is got to have the worst IT department in bank history. This is the third time they change in a new app instead of updating the previous one. I understand the change in quality from the first to the second app, but a third one, really?

This is my second update for the year although it’s not an update it’s literally another app. Extremely annoying to have to set up all info again on another app for a simple update

The previous version worked well on an iPad. That version is no longer working and this new version is only for iPhones so it’s minimized on an iPad. Terrible “update.”

Many aspects have been improved over the previous app but for some reason the “Forgot Password” option is nowhere to be found! You can answer security questions to unblock your account but as of now you cannot reset your account password from FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp , an option which the previous version had. Why was it removed? Now we all have to go call a representative to reset passwords.

I don’t know why people want to fix something that is not broken. Since the update,FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp doesn’t take mobile deposits anymore. 😡 Very inconvenient. Aren’t this apps supposed to make everything easier for you?

Why is the NEWS and the mail sent to us only in Spanish? This is so annoying to know that First Bank does not care about its English speaking customer

I opened FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp to make a mobile check deposit. As soon as I touch the camera icon FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp closes and need to login again.
Reinstalled FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp TWICE. App has camera permissions…
RESUME: Login> go to check deposit section > select account >write deposit amount >TOUCH CAMERA ICON> App CLOSES.

Not working with new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’ve done everything in the book, and it will still crash when trying to deposit a check. And yes, I allowed camera access to FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp . Frustrating!!!

Since last update I have not been able to login. Face detection doesn’t work. Entering my password doesn’t work.

Thank you for creating an application that considers the customer first. Whatever transaction I need to make in the moment all I have to do is open my mobile app and perform the transaction without any difficulties the application truly excels my expectations.

Since September 2023 the application crashes when you’re trying to take a picture of the check. Seen recent reviews of other users with the same problem. Developer hasn’t resolve issue. Please fix the problem. Another half day wasted in the crowded lines at the FB branches.

FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp consistently crashes whenever I attempt to deposit a check by using the "take picture" function. It seems like an update might be necessary for improved functionality.

Every time I try to take a photo of a check to deposit, FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp just crashes. The permissions have been granted to FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp but it still crashes every time. That's pretty much the only reason I use FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp (aside from checking balance every now and then, which I can do on the browser) so it's a big deal to me :/

Great app… follows the same look & feel and procedure used in the web page portal. Surely both “consumes” the same backend api.
Looks like both are based on angular and FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp added the ionic/capacitor layer.

I have been trying to deposit checks to my account. Every time I try to take a picture it’s cuts off and goes back to my Home Screen. Tried to call customer service no help that said I had to go to the branch. They have no clue. Who can help me ?

The previous version let me see the picture of a check in FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp but this version I have to save the picture first and then see it on my gallery. Its better to see it first in the same app and then decide if I want to save it or if isn’t what I’m looking for.

It’s ok, but now i can’t change my 4 card PIN number, ?????

For the last four months, I have been blocked out of the payment site every time I tried to use it to pay my lease. I called customer service and support at various times and I had to spend lots of time changing my password and/or my email to be let in. The iPhone version of FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp did not allow me to change the date of my payment to a specific date.

I cannot set up to make my payment from another account without having to go through many steps and I can’t issue payments from my other banks or accounts.

For reference use First Tech credit union, I can make transfers and payments from and to various accounts, but not to First Bank. I assure you, once I finish paying off this lease, I would never do business again with First Bank.

FirstBankTuBancaDigitalApp is friendly , however I cannot pay my credit card using non-FB accounts as I do by phone .

Not easy to find certain functions like a vacation report or credit card request. Transactions are not updated right away and can take days to post.
Not able to select English language for all functions.
Mobile deposit is easy to use.
