I use to live in madrid. When I use my card in the United states it works sometimes and then other times it gets blocked. When i make a 10$ transfer or purchase they keep annoying me with tons of unnecessary security. I can’t chang my phone number on their app because it keeps saying my signature key is incorrect. However it isn’t because I have the stupid paper right in front of me. Signing up for an account took 2 months and they customer support is horrible. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t wait to close my account.

Please fix your app!!
For the past two or three weeks I have been unable to log into my account via Openbank . I keep getting a message saying: ‘Se ha perdido la conexión a internet, revísala e inténtalo de nuevo’ I have tried on my home WiFi, on the wifi at work and on my regular data plan. Neither works and I always get the same error message.
My Internet connection is fine! It is Openbank that has some sort of bug.
I have an iPhone 6s with IOS 12.1.4

Opening this account has been a headache full of little inconvenient trips to awful Santander branches and print shops and endless phone calls only to find out that the opening process has been delayed because of a minor detail. If I didn’t call I would have been left in the dark. So much for online banking!

Me gusta mucho esta app, me resulto muy fácil encontrar lo que buscaba y realizar operaciones. Muy intuitiva y con un diseño impecable.

La app está bien, pero le falta soporte para el Apple Watch y app para iMessage (enviar dinero a contactos). Además, podría tener atajos en 3D touch para acceder más rápido a ciertas funciones.
Además, no soporta aún transferencias internacionales desde la app. Hay que ir a la web.

Como es posible que discontinúen soporte y no avisen? Dejen la última versión compatible activa para teléfonos más antiguos. Veo muchos iPhones 4S en España todavía para que esto tenga sentido. Eso es lo que han hecho otros bancos. En su defecto hagan más fácil el acceso a su aplicación web que insiste en enviarte al App Store a realizar un update que no se puede hacer.
