Poor design

Saw this app on a social media page. I really wanted to like it but the app is poorly designed. Once you enter a trip and locations, there is no edit option. You have to delete the trip and start over. I searched for a help section for instructions but the only choice is to ask on FB, Insta, or email. When I finally gave up and tried to delete my account, the app would freeze once I selected delete, thus not letting me delete. Negative stars in my opinion.
Too many glitches at start up

I got the app, signed in with google and it’s stick on the Take Off screen after going thru the steps. When I close it, it wants me to sign in again. Was hoping this would be a great app for travel planning but these glitches make it a no go if I can’t even get into it!
