How to fix Stippl app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stippl app on iPhone
Update Stippl app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stippl iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stippl on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stippl network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Stippl not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Stippl app issues:

Force Stop the Stippl App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Stippl app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Stippl to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stippl App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Stippl app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Stippl.

Fix Stippl unable to contact server/ Stippl internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Stippl » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Stippl » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stippl on android.
