App is crashing in the face recognition stage. Its been like this for the past month. I have deleted Efaas and re installed. Problem remains the same. Please fix this.

Have reinstalled multiple times, logged in multiple times to just crash whenever it reaches facial recognition.
Havent been able to login. When i prompted for OTP code no mater if i select the sms or even email it says login expired
Efaas is just disgusting.
And this is the most unsecured app in appstore.

After Logout now cant login. Every time after user name and password. It crash goes back. Need to fix the issue

Much like the government of the country Efaas originates from itself, Efaas is non-functional.
Each time i try to open Efaas , it keeps crashing. Have reinstalled, still haven’t been able to login.
Whenever I try to log in from Efaas , it’s taking me to the webpage and fails to send OTP to email or phone. But can be accessed if I try from PC through website. 🤷🏼♂️Pls fix this issue.
