Come on Terramaster, do better.

I installed and reinstalled and TNASmobile keep crashing , down work at all

App keeps crashing and I can’t upload more 5 items at a time.

Installed TNASmobile on my iPhone 11 Pro with the newest iOS version and it crashed and closed TNASmobile after a second I opened TNASmobile .

TNASmobile crashes when connected to a network. Not compatible with newer iOS versions

Keep refusing to remotely login

Stupid app, it will stuck when backing up video

Worst app; never ever connects unless I am at home. Constantly drops the signal. Peace pipes connect better. Should have remained with Synology.

Prompts to update for phone backup feature but does not have an update available

I deleted prior tnas mobile app. Installed this new one. Tried to download photos from phone and app says, ‘you don’t have the most recent version. Please update.’ Then it takes me to TNASmobile center where app shows OPEN (instead of UPDATE) because I have the newest version. Smh

iOS “Photos” App stores many different file formats (jpg, tif, HEIC and mov among others). Have tried many different versions of TNASmobile and all of them do a reasonable job of backing up photos from an iPhone to the appropriate folder in the TNAS server, but it chokes on stored .mov files and refuses to back them up.

Does not appear related to size of video. Any pictures after the video file that won’t back-up, also will not be backed up. Workaround in review before this one does not work for me. Rebooting Terra NAS does not help. Hard reboot of iPhone also does not resolve problem. No technical support. Have been trying to complete a picture/ video backup of my iPhone for 3 weeks. Should have bought another NAS. Disappointed!

Can’t connect from iPhone even with correct IP address. Also they expect you to scan a QR code from TNASmobile which isn’t possible on a single device.

TNASmobile was working fine with TOS 5.0, until today when I updated my TOS to 5.1

After a recent upgrade TNASmobile started to be functional. I am able to browse and view photos and movies now.
