Hangs on backing up iPhone videos

Does not appear related to size of video. Any pictures after the video file that won’t back-up, also will not be backed up. Workaround in review before this one does not work for me. Rebooting Terra NAS does not help. Hard reboot of iPhone also does not resolve problem. No technical support. Have been trying to complete a picture/ video backup of my iPhone for 3 weeks. Should have bought another NAS. Disappointed!

Backs up photos but not video

iOS “Photos” App stores many different file formats (jpg, tif, HEIC and mov among others). Have tried many different versions of this app and all of them do a reasonable job of backing up photos from an iPhone to the appropriate folder in the TNAS server, but it chokes on stored .mov files and refuses to back them up.

I deleted prior tnas mobile app. Installed this new one. Tried to download photos from phone and app says, ‘you don’t have the most recent version. Please update.’ Then it takes me to the app center where app shows OPEN (instead of UPDATE) because I have the newest version. Smh
