Doesn’t update anything, doesn’t show when they are on or update location. However it was showing they didn’t even have an account and that part has gotten fixed.

Hello my Girlfriend decided to try the app her's works completely fine and she's on iPhone one of the newer ones and i have a Samsung an older model and when i open the app it goes to a gray screen and doesn't show anything but if u can figure out how to fix it I'll be glad if it does
