The whole is app is pretty sus in terms of privacy. It requires access to a whole host of information that has nothing to do with lights including access to location. They even tell you this as soon as you open Yeelight and your only option to either accept or exit Yeelight . This is shameful and has put me off the whole thing. The cubes are super expensive but I’ve decided to sell all the 18 that I bought. My privacy is more valuable.

Can’t login with account from this app classic, app says wrong phone number

Latest update says there’s a firmware update for Cubes, but the firmware update screen is blank, saying there’s no updates. Have tried commenting in the group and messaging this app directly. It’s been almost a week, with zero response. Support for this company leaves A LOT to be desired.

After 15 years on Yeelight Store, this one is by far the worst I’ve had. Nothing works, not even binding an account using your Apple ID.

this app customer support is not answering my emails about return/refund.

I purchased 2 sets of the 100 ft outdoor lights at a decent price. Only one set would reset and pair correctly. I contacted support via email and all they told me was how to reset and pair. I finally gave up trying to get help. These lights will only turn on and off when you are close to them. There is no way to set a timer. There is only one Christmas setting and very few pre-programmed light funtions. There is absolutely no instructions via youtube or social media for these particular lights. I have the Govee lights on another house and these just don’t compare. I’m requesting to return the set that is not working. Wish me luck.
