Can you guys please integrate touch ID. You're like the only banking app that still dosen't have it. It's kind of obvious that you should have it by now.

The app crashes

HellobankBelgium crashes suddenly without any reason. I had to delete and reinstall and configure my profile every time HellobankBelgium crashes. When it crashes HellobankBelgium just flashes and do not open. It is a headache to operate HellobankBelgium.It should be renamed as “Bye Bank” instead of “Hello Bank”
No SMS received on USA phone nr 😔

No SMS received on USA number +1xxx.xxx.xx.xx (AT&T) so can’t register my account in HellobankBelgium 😔 receiving SMS works fine from other providers (currently in Belgium on BASE network I get texts sent to my US AT&T number) same problem as someone else reported here so I think this is an issue with the SMS gateway Fortis is using 😒
