- Uploading documents takes a long time and there is no upload meter or bar to track progress.

- Some users have had trouble submitting documents through the app, which has resulted in benefits being stopped or delayed.

- The app is not for applying, which may cause confusion for some users.

I've been trying to use, the dpss,app. For weeks now,and it doesn't seem to be working! I get a message, saying, that the system is down!

To resolve DPSS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the DPSS App
1. On android, goto Settings » DPSS » click [Force Stop]

Clear DPSS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DPSS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DPSS.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DPSS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DPSS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DPSS
