Hello, I absolutely hate the new app after the update, is there any way to return the upp on my phone to the previous update version? It's hurrible I'm considering buying everything from a diffierent service since I dislike the use of it. I purchade alop on the up (with a different email). I would appriciate your help on this as I mainly use the up on the phone, not only does the last update cause the up to crash but the changes to the interface are making the up uncomforatble to use.
Fix the stupid glitch. Cannot complete checkout.

Why my i herb application is not working on my android?
Having problems again like the above customer with placing an order. This is all about iHerbs checkout and NOT our Visa cards. Used the same card I always do for previous purchases, because the first one I tried months ago would not go through (yes, there are enough funds/credit). Today, nothing will work. None of our cards and tried different browsers. iHerb customer support keeps blaming the bank saying they declined it - which is a lie. I am starting to think its a push to use Paypal which I refuse as I cannot stand their policies or politics of shutting down peoples accounts due to their religious or political beliefs. Not to mention all support is overseas.
Have used the same credit card on numerous orders. There is no problem but it keeps being declined. Further, I am in Thailand but require English as the language on the Iherb page. But the icon does not respond. I cannot change the language. I have tried over and over but to no avail.
