Hello! Good morning! Yesterday we bought some clothes from Paul Smith store in La Vallee Village. The stuff needed to be delivered to the Welcome Center as Hands Free service. Unfortunately the bag wasn’t delivered. Could you please check where is the bag and how it can be taken? The customer’s name is Rami Al Ali. Payment was done be credit card at 3 pm. Thank you
