I am writing to request a refund for my booking at Samridhi Homestay in Varanasi, with Booking ID GH73048237043246. After completing the booking, I was informed by the property owners that they are fully booked and cannot accommodate my reservation. Given this situation, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid. Please process this at your earliest convenience and inform me once the refund has been initiated. Everytime I try to contact Goibibo emails, the mail is returned as undeliverable. It seems impossible to reach any customer support email. The guesthouse is also not responding to my messages. I do not want to escalate this situation but I will if I have to. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best Shambu.

Pathetic and deceiving

What a pathetic and deceiving app this is. A certain quote is shown on the app and once you select it and proceed to check out it doesn’t proceed ahead stating there’s a lost server connection. Within 2-3 mins you get a call from some offline agency claiming to be from Goibibo and they sell the exact same flight but only for more money. If I wanted to buy it from some agency then instead of downloading the app I would rather have their phone number handy and if you’re running an app what use is it if a person cannot complete the transaction. Maybe you need to learn something from MakeMyTrip. Get your act together before it’s too late.
Worst App ever & many technical issues

I tried to book for 9 AM. After booking, it was showing PM time. So, I thought it was my mistake. So, i cancelled it and booked it once again. Again the same thing happened. It was PM when it actually chose 9AM from tiruvalla to salem. It is not even making sense. i need my full refund.
It happened twice. it is not my mistake. There is a technical issue with Goibibo application. I need my full refund.
I tried to call and the call is not going through. I don’t ever use this app again if i don’t get my full money back as it is not my fault.

Hello All,
Please don’t book any flight, hotel, train or bus through Goibibo. Main thing they don’t have proper contact number for communicating with customers. I had booked a flight from USA to India via Canada through these frauds. They didn’t mention anywhere in the ticket that it is compulsory to have a transit visa in Canada. I raised a request to reschedule my travel 3hrs before flight departure. Finally I got a call from them 12 hrs after my request that also after flight departure. They are the cheaters and booking through Goibibo is just like you are putting your money in a trash.
