I just recently downloaded the app and it’s constantly logging me off then when I try logging back in it says “Account disabled, call technical support”. I’ve literally called them twice today, reset my password twice. Even went as far as to delete and re download the app to see if that would’ve helped but still no luck. I figured it would be easier to access all the information on my phone for the remaining of my OBGYN appointments but I guess not. Definitely needs some fixing!

This is my first negative review on a app. The Sanford app used to be good til the newest update now it a broken buggy mess. You can’t make appointments on the app anymore as the only thing you get is no times available please call your clinic to make appointments and You can’t request medical records anymore to name a few big issues. The only feature working on there app perfectly of course is the pay your bill cause Sanford has to have there money. The app turned into a complicated broken buggy mess that people should avoid.

Ever since I installed this app, I miss pretty much all my dr appointments. The only notification is an email and I don’t always see them in time. The old app used to give me push notifications about my appointments a call from a robot about a week before. This was much better. Please fix this, it’s a real problem!
