Junk app. Fails constantly. Always says "disabled" and tech support won't call me back.

On the iPhone and iPad I can log in but just get a “Something went wrong” message over and over. Worthless. San on the iPad isn’t optimized for iPad so it displays the size of an iPhone on the screen.

This is my first negative review on a app. The Sanford app used to be good til the newest update now it a broken buggy mess. You can’t make appointments on San anymore as the only thing you get is no times available please call your clinic to make appointments and You can’t request medical records anymore to name a few big issues. The only feature working on there app perfectly of course is the pay your bill cause Sanford has to have there money. San turned into a complicated broken buggy mess that people should avoid.

Ever since I installed San, I miss pretty much all my dr appointments. The only notification is an email and I don’t always see them in time. The old app used to give me push notifications about my appointments a call from a robot about a week before. This was much better. Please fix this, it’s a real problem!

I just recently downloaded San and it’s constantly logging me off then when I try logging back in it says “Account disabled, call technical support”. I’ve literally called them twice today, reset my password twice. Even went as far as to delete and re download San to see if that would’ve helped but still no luck. I figured it would be easier to access all the information on my phone for the remaining of my OBGYN appointments but I guess not. Definitely needs some fixing!

When attempting to log in, an error comes up. I’ve deleted and re-installed San . The user name and password are correct. It worked fine before.
Also, would be nice to make it more user friendly and add the finger print scan back in like it was before.

The previous app was much better and easier to look at, also the new app takes twice as many steps to look at upcoming appointments than what the previous one did, will it be ok to continue using the older one as I checked and mine still works.

San is worthless. Even after updating nothing goes through to the clinic etc. You get a notification to Check something you login and nothing is even different. The clinic doesn’t get your messages or response it’s not worth it.

I don’t like using San . Just let me check in and go...🤔😕

San is down frequently. It worked well over most of the summer and fall but has been failing to connect over the winter. Good idea but this needs to be addressed. I called and they said they had no record of others having the problem, but it’s not my internet or password/login, because it works on the desktop site.

Since the last update San no longer successfully adds appointments to the calendar. The appointment creation feature no longer has a button to save the appointment.

I loaded on my iPad and just keeps giving me an error message that says “something went wrong”. That’s not too helpful for troubleshooting.

Stop sending me appointment reminders that aren’t even till next week at 7A! Other than that it’s fine but sheesh can’t anyone get any sleep around here?

San is okay, although it can be confusing to find a doctor.

And there’s no connection allowed to Apple Health, which is disappointing. Epic has allowed MyChart connect to Apple Health since 2014.

I would give San a better review if there was an iPad app. I don’t own an iPhone and it’s annoying on my iPad.

This is a nice app that provides a lot of functionality, including communication with my doctor and nurse. My only negative comment is that it sends email notices saying to check San for new info even after I have looked at the info, several times. Very annoying.
I turned notifications off.

I live in a small town with a clinic that has a PA that I see for sickness and injuries, but I go into town to the bigger clinic for specialty things. I want to be able to pick from my providers when I want to schedule an appointment.

Much better than the old app. I'm glad I downloaded the new one. I'm happy MySanfordChart is right there

The Sanford app recently released is much improved over prior versions. San also is head and shoulders above similar healthcare apps.

I was able to quickly find doctors, clinics, and ERs near my location. The access to personal healthcare records such as lab tests and medical visit summaries, and immunizations is really useful and innovative. Download San!

Since recent iOS updates it does not work.

I can connect with my doctor, I can find a clinic and any phone number I need. Thank you Sanford Health!

San is awesome! I especially love the wait time visibility. Very helpful.
