Not for iPad (despite what the app description says)

I downloaded this to use in the classroom on my iPad, so I could draw on images while teaching. Although the description says that it is for iPhone or Ipad, iTunes treats it as an iPhone only app, and will not allow it to be loaded on an iPad.
The "report a problem" and "app support" links go to the developer's web page.....which is in Japanese.
Does what it is meant to do and easy to use

When you need to quickly edit a picture and point at things to explain details quickly this is the app to go.
I wonder why this is not a standard feature in the apple picture editor. This app will do the trick.
