Pls ppl avoid vi if u r taken it then pls port your number if u want to save the number. When you raise a complaint and vi customer service people will close the complaint automatically without your concern. App is waste u can’t reach customer care number but this app will send u plenty of messages in day to update your
Alternate number, email ID and etc. mental harassment. pls avoid using Vi app or service but vi service can get worlds worst medal.
Vi service provider is a big trap. as you take a year plan n pay the money. Then ur real problems start . without intimation they will stop your service n say that trai has given a request where trai has no rights to stop the services after that service ppl will say your number is used in Anti social element so we can’t reactivate it but u can buy the same number after 15 days. U paid one year plans that loss more over u can buy your number after 15days does the bonus on loss. Cheap tricks pls avoid vi

Very poor connectivity in my area. Signal strength is just one bar. I have reported many times but there is no improvement in connectivity. I have to go out into balcony to be able to make a conversation. Many a times after dialing a number nothing happens for 30 to 40 seconds and then it either connects or get busy tone. Sometimes I dial my wife’s number ( also Vodafone) who is sitting next to me and I get the prompt” Outside coverage area”. Don’t you think there is something drastically wrong here. If there is no improvement in your service and call dropping, I will change to another service provider . So you better do something to improve your connectivity problem in my area. I hear that you want to increase tariffs but there is no effort to improve service. So first improve your service and then think of increasing tariffs.

My number was automatically subscribed to a caller tune service on multiple occasions without my consent and Rs. 99 was deducted from my balance. I got a series of lengthy messages in quick succession and was lucky to actually take some time to read and realize that this had happened - I would've never realized that the deduction took place had I not noticed.
The customer care representatives refuse to accept my claim and yet cannot provide any proof that I have ever given consent to subscribing to these Caller Tune services. They've initiated a refund but only because I called and got the services deactivated instantly. I'm still to receive the amount.
These unethical means of swindling money from unnoticing customers without their consent must be stopped.
