Summary of BeautyPlus Problems 🔥

- Latest update destroyed the "layering" effects

- Tone tool changed and is no longer the same

- Limited to one tan tone color

- Hue and degree thing makes you look too dark and blend in with the rest of the picture

I am a member of beauty plus and must say I am somewhat disappointed, I have worked hours on a picture and I am unable to remove people and other things off a picture, when I try the items just blur and smear over the other people, please help me.

How to fix BeautyPlus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BeautyPlus app on iPhone
Update BeautyPlus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BeautyPlus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BeautyPlus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BeautyPlus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BeautyPlus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BeautyPlus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BeautyPlus App
1. On android, goto Settings » BeautyPlus » click [Force Stop]

Update BeautyPlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BeautyPlus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BeautyPlus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BeautyPlus.

Fix BeautyPlus unable to contact server/ BeautyPlus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BeautyPlus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BeautyPlus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BeautyPlus
