When I click “continue study” from the invitation link, it keeps saying “Have you installed the UserZoom App?” every time even though I DID install the stupid app. When I open UserZoomSurveys , it says “did you receive an invitation link?” I click yes. “Go back to the invitation link and click it again to take the study.” It just keeps sending me in circles and nothing works. There’s no way to contact anyone. Clicking “help” just links to some useless FAQs that don’t solve anything. Thanks for wasting my time and data downloading this horribly designed app.

Why hasn’t this issue been fixed? There have been so many complaints over the years about this issue and it still persists!

I’m so frustrated with UserZoomSurveys! I love doing tests, but many times I start and then have to lose the test entirely due to it freezing.

I'm still getting the 'Not a Valid Model' error when trying to take surveys on an iPhone 13 Pro. It's about time for an update

I installed UserZoomSurveys . After that it would not let me enter my email or name to start a new account. It just would ask me to log in. How can I log in if I don't have an account???

Sometimes it works. About 50% of the times after I complete a survey it gets stuck in a loop saying I didn't finish the previous study, click to resume, but when I click it gives me blank white screen for several seconds before going back to the "click to resume" page. Very frustrating after taking the time to do mobile studies not to know if my response was registered and submitted for payment.

I received an invitation link through tap research and couldn’t use it.

Intellizoom has given me the opportunity to not only bring in additional income for my household but has also given me an avenue to express my thoughts and opinions in a professional and helpful forum.

I get to learn something about companies & their websites. I also get to contribute by sharing my opinions. All these and I still get to earn a few bucks. Not bad at all!

Getting paid to give feedback on cool products is awesome and this facilitates that. I would and have recommended this to anyone and everyone! 👍🏻

UserZoomSurveys is responsive and easy to use. I appreciate the fact that I get to learn about and utilize websites while earning a couple of $$.

I love this company ! They pay quickly and fairly. It is always a joy to participate in one of their studies. I like how I can speak my mind and get paid to do it. I think the staff is helpful and I have told other people about it. Keep up the great work !

UserZoomSurveys is great!! The studies are easy to understand and when you are done you get paid pretty quickly. Just follow the instructions, complete the study, and before you know it your money is in PayPal!! I hope they give many more opportunities to complete their studies. :)

This company offers pay for tasks, mainly reviewing website functions. They pay on time and the tasks are quick and fun. UserZoomSurveys works well and I’ve never had any issues. Great group to deal with! 👍🏻👍🏻

This is one of the few sites that I have found actually pays real money, and it’s a quick PayPal transaction. Highly recommend!
