The support system has changed. I have written at least 6 messages to them without a response. My app is updated and I submitted my inquiry via SurveyMini . I even tried to piggyback off of an old reply that they sent to me in 2019 just to get my question answered after months of not receiving a response. I received an auto response telling me that the box is unmanned and to submit my inquiry via SurveyMini and to ensure that I was using the latest version. I have done this now many times and I am using the latest version. I only had one question. I wanted to know if the Apple / iTunes gift card listed for redemption has been converted to the new Apple Gift card - that has the ability to be used for everything. It took me years to accumulate 48,000 points and I want to redeem it for the Apple Card only if it is the new card. I don’t know if they have the new card in stock for the $50 value cards or still using the ok’d iTunes cards. No one has replied back to me. It has been months since I initially asked. I have no way of knowing if I will even receive a gift card if I can ever get my question answered and I have no faith in them for resolving an issue at this point. I am now thinking that I may have wasted my time for years now in doing these surveys.

Had SurveyMini for years and used it with no complaints. Received push notification a few days ago that said I had two new surveys to complete. Okay, cool. I open SurveyMini to complete them and I immediately noticed that my points were missing. I was holding onto them so I could redeem a gift card. I did some investigating thinking maybe points expire, but nope - I was hacked. There was another email address in SurveyMini and all the points were obviously stolen by someone else. I changed the email address and went looking for someway to contact them to let them know what happened. Finally found an email address and sent an email asking for help and the restoration of my points. It’s been crickets ever since. No reply. Nothing. They have no phone number to contact them and I don’t know what to do. I’ve deleted SurveyMini because I just gave up on ever hearing from them. Do not download SurveyMini. There’s lots more like it and they have better customer service. Don’t waste your time.

If Only I could give SurveyMini zero stars...Don’t waste your time. SurveyMini used to be great, I have redeemed gift cards several times over the past few years. Around December of 2020, I redeemed my points for a $25 Kohls gift card. I tried to use it online and in store, and it came up as invalid each time. I reached out to customer service, and while they had no explanation as to why it wouldn’t work, they refunded my points back to SurveyMini . Thinking it was just a glitch, I redeemed the points again for another gift card from Kohl’s. Same thing, only this time customer service never responded. I’ve checked my spam and no reply. And I agree with another reviewer, when they won’t offer you points, the options are worthless. Too bad because this used to be great.

SurveyMini is only good in certain areas horrible because I already leave my reviews on platforms where I guess it matters. SurveyMini should give options because I am one that shops all the time all over leaving useful reviews for people whether it locally or internationally, or in other parts of the country. One example is my last road trip , which me and husband found tired some because the drive was beautiful but quick road trips are not what they used to be, anyway I dropped my daughter in Alabama for school and we set off for New Orleans and omg photos of sky were priceless but doing a drop off and going on wore us out. Any who best food I’ve had in New Orleans is Old Nola Cookery. We tried the crab cakes and Cajun duck with the crawfish and he had gumbo, needless to say best part about road trip, to die for for can road trip too ate there the whole time and the grilled oysters from the gulf, I have been to multiple places and have not been able to replicate them and yes they road tripped home too. I said all that to say this, expand your local use in cities with places we are nearby because more than likely we’ve been there and can give feedback I don’t know if you need today or just an overall experience be open to change, thanx.

I’ve had SurveyMini 2-3 years now and recently tried to redeem my rewards for a gift card. I never received the reward via email. (Yes I checked spam and junk folders. ) I contacted them for support. They have contes Ted their support to a third party company who required me to create an account just to communicate with them. They must have been foreign because their English was very bad. They told me they resent my reward. Again, it was never received. I contacted them again. They resent it AGAIN. I did get this email from them. But when I opened the reward certificate it was no good. It said it has expired? This all occurred within the same month so it should not have expired. Then I got a message telling me to delete SurveyMini because they were no longer going to be an app with Apple. Yet, I still find them in SurveyMini Store. Interesting. I would ask Apple to investigate this company. I’ve spent months doing surveys for them for nothing that was promised.

I had SurveyMini over 3 yrs..have 9,250 pts .. I had 2 drinks from Murphy's gas, 3 sonics drive thru drinks ..all which I lost out of bcz they wouldn't redeem 2 of them customer service said they added back and never showed up...i did all they ask me yo do UN install and so on!! To point all expired my last survey earned a new sonic drink thought try again now, it says we have problem redeeming ur reward try back later. I had this issue the past 2 with other i won.. the supports reply u wifi might be the problem..it not i use my cell data still problem!!! I don't, have problems with other apps that give u free stuff only this one!!! Support says they checking with engineering dept. it been 2 months waiting.... i think it stall tactics.. just wonder when try redeem for gifts cards if i ever get them. Very sad i like SurveyMini, it not very supported trustworthy!! You think when u send photo copies they would send u a coupons thru mail.. they don’t offer anything hope u forget .. i don’t forget I earn it i deserve to use my free stuff.. whats point doing surveys if u can’t use them!!!!

When I first downloaded SurveyMini it seemed to have enough surveys to make sense, and I figured it wouldn’t be impossible to earn enough points to qualify for a redemption, but I was wrong. I was able to earn, and waste my time with, about 2/3 of what I needed to cash in. The first tier of rewards aren’t really rewards at all actually, they’re discounts for maybe 5 places I’ve heard of (BOGO or free drink with purchase etc). I’ve had SurveyMini installed for maybe 6 months and I’ve had no available surveys I could choose to take in like 3 months now. Without enough points to redeem anything and no way to earn points, it seems to me like I wasted my time taking their initial surveys to begin with. Not only that, but if I do happen to open SurveyMini on my phone, even if I close it, SurveyMini still lingers in the background using my background until I force quit it. I’m not sure why they would need my location if they don’t care to know much of anything else about me except the questions I may have answered when I first signed up. I would definitely not recommend SurveyMini. It really is a waste of space on my phone.

Survey Mini is basically an app to review places you’ve visited. You have to leave location services on and as you go about your day, SurveyMini follows you and if you go to a place it wants to know about you’ll get a survey. They ask you a bunch of questions and at the end you review the location and you’re given 100 points or more (if you’re lucky)…. When you get 12,000 points you can cash out for a $10 giftcard. Yes. 12,000 points = $10! I’ve stuck around for 236 surveys. I think I cashed out twice. $20! SurveyMini isn’t worth your time. I don’t recommend it unless you really don’t mind devoting your time for very little pay. I cashed out for a $10 iTunes giftcard and I’m deleting SurveyMini . Also if you turn off location services or change it to “only while using SurveyMini ” you won’t get any surveys.

I’ve had SurveyMini for about a month and only got a few surveys one of which is asking about my demographics. At this rate I’ll earn a $10 gift card in a few years. I am always out shopping and always carry my phone.
In any case when i do get a survey i like to answer them which i always do promptly.
Also, i wonder how the MIT and Stanford guys figured the algorithm for points. Ie I received a survey asking if I visited a Valero gas station and i said no. I received 200 points for saying no.
In other surveys for stores which i did visit and I answered more questions I only got 100 points.
It doesn’t really matter. I like answering the questions and wouldn’t care if the surveys were a little longer. I would think other questions would be important to ask such as ease of parking, noisiness, enough staff available to handle volume would be good to identify.

Still applicable and annoying! Stop with useless coupons please

I left a review today because I’m just tired of being forced to accept coupons instead of points... I answer almost all 99.9% of the surveys on my store experience and I’m always honest. Quite a few times now I just get forced to take a coupon and get no points 🤷‍♀️ frankly I never shop any of the locations coupons are offered for but when I have in the past I order online, or delivery. Years ago we had an option for the most part, two coupons or points. Out of my last 5 surveys 4 were coupons... so I just swiped out the whole app. Can we get this removed or stopped? It’s just frustrating when you don’t want coupons.

I have had SurveyMini for probably more than 3 years. I like SurveyMini . Idk where the bad reviews are coming from but for me SurveyMini does exactly what it promises. I have gotten several gift cards that I have used and had no problem. I had one instance where I had to call customer service and they responded quickly and corrected the problem. You have to stick with it and rate places you have been regularly and yes it does take a while to receive a gift card but if you like doing reviews of places you have visited then you will eventually get rewarded for your input. No one has paid me to say anything. This is my true experience with SurveyMini .

I’ve had SurveyMini for a while redeem a chic fil a card once , I was off SurveyMini for a while ( couple months ) without taking a survey and 47,345 points they took them COMPLETELY off I wrote them they did respond say I been inactive so once I take another survey they will return the points …… well it took forever for a survey to even pop up once it did I took it and sent them another message saying I completed a task a few days later they did return all the points so over all everything worked out . I also think I’m not getting nearly as much surveys as I once was.

We’ve had our ups and downs (mostly ups) and SurveyMini has always been extremely easy to use. All (or a majority) of the surveys take less than two minutes. I have been able to, in my opinion, quickly earn points towards gift cards. I decided I’m going for the $75 gift card at 71,000 pts.

However, I went to check my progress today as it had been a long time and this gift card specifically seems to have been removed as an option. I was wondering if this may be a bug or if it was actually removed from the store?

Either way, it’s a great app and when I had any problems their customer support was flawless and helpful and kind. I plan on using SurveyMini until I can’t anymore as it’s too easy to make a little side cash this way.

I have used SurveyMini for years and they always pay. If it shows a gift card that you are eligible to claim then there is no doubt that you will get it when you cash out. The only negative is that when I first began using SurveyMini I got a lot more points for the surveys but now I get 100 points for each survey and it takes 25,000 points for a $25 gift card so it does take awhile. That being said, the surveys are fairly quick. If you do not respond to the survey fast enough it will disappear so make sure that you do them when you get home or settled for the day.

I’ve had Survey Mini awhile and I was aiming for the $25 gift card. I ended up doing about 170 surveys for the $25, which I just redeemed for an Apple gift card. It applied it my Apple balance so it does work. It did take awhile to accumulate all the surveys but if you go places it will send you a notification to fill out a survey, you answer the questions and you get points to apply towards your choice of a gift card. It’s free money and only take a couple mins to fill stuff out. Why I really like it as well is it’s giving you an opportunity to let a company know how their services are. Many times a place was fantastic and I expressed that in the survey. And sometimes a place really needed improvement so that’s also a great opportunity to let that business know.

The surveys literally take less than 20 seconds to complete.
They surveys are not as consistent as they used to be, but they’re still decently consistent. I really only complete the surveys when I’m bored, and have accumulated over 25,000 coins for answering a couple EASY multiple choice questions.
Yesterday, I redeemed my coins for a couple iTunes gift cards, and they actually worked! SurveyMini is definitely worth it, and highly recommended. There’s a pretty nice selection of gift cards to choose from.

Basically, you’re dumb if you don’t download SurveyMini and take 15 seconds out of your day a few days a week.

My one and only complaint, is that sometimes (not often) it gives you the choice between 3 different coupons, instead of coins. I wouldn’t mind the coupons, if they actually worked. I tried to redeem a coupon at the movie theater for a free popcorn, and they had no idea what to do. Tried to use a coupon at the gas station for a Krispy Kreme donut, and they would not accept it either. So, the only thing I would change is either get rid of the coupons, or at least give TWO coupon options and make the third option for COINS.

I am NOT one to ever really review apps, bc I am one of those that are skeptical about reviews wondering if they “bought” reviews...anyhow SurveyMini is one that every time I get a new phone, this is one that I make sure to download first. I have used SurveyMini for YEARS!!! I usually do it all year long and then will cash out usually about Christmas time and I use it either to buy presents or buy something for myself for once. I absolutely love it!!! Sometimes I wish I would get more surveys to get more points but regardless I love it!!! Never once had any trouble redeeming or anything!!! I STRONGLY recommend SurveyMini!!! (I think this is the ONLY time I’ve ever said it, I’m pretty hard on reviewing, I review them to a pretty high standard)

I’ve been using SurveyMini for a few years now. If you have patience and a little spare time it will definitely pay out. Just remember to always have your phone with you when your out and always keep it running in the background you’ll get surveys. You also need to respond to them right away or they will drop because your taking to much time to respond.

Only thing I’m a little disappointed with is that we no longer have a grocery store for a choice. Maybe you could add more prepaid Visa’s for the smaller payouts to..? That way we could buy much needed groceries or pay a bill. Thanks!

I downloaded SurveyMini at the recommendation of a friend who is not visually impaired. I had no way of knowing if SurveyMini would work for me with voiceover, so I just downloaded it and tried it out. Amazingly, every bit of SurveyMini is accessible. There are only two buttons that are not labeled correctly with voiceover. I will recommend SurveyMini to all my visually impaired and blind friends. The surveys are great too. They never last more than five minutes, and they are short into the point. I am very glad that my voice can be among the millions heard by retailers and restaurants alike. Great app! Keep it up!

Providing a forum for patrons to communicate their experiences with their community, be it positive or negative, is proof that a need assessment has been done which resulted in this community resource.
I enjoy utilizing it.
To add to its effectiveness, I would like feedback from the stores and restaurants I patronize in the way of a response to my survey input. It doesn't really mean anything to me if action isn't going to be taken against the slow/rude/ or no service scenarios I experience.
Even if I have a great experience, I would like to know that my favorite grocery store, Harris Teeter, appreciates my loyalty.

I downloaded SurveyMini about a year or so ago and just redeemed my first gift card for $50!!! I was so proud to do it but super nervous at the same time because I was scared it was a scam and I had put so much time into it- but I was a little disturbed by them mailing it but I redeemed the card on Thursday and got it in the mail on Monday.. it definitely didn't take as long as I thought it would which made me feel a lot better.
At first I was upset that they were mailing it but I redeemed my points for a restaurant gift card, and am actually thankful they sent a physical gift card so the nice restaurant isn't scanning my phone or taking my print out haha
Would highly recommend SurveyMini but be patient!! It's worth it!
