  Amazing App for Forms and Survey

  First of off, I like to thanks everybody who has created such kind of app. It is very useful for online forms in all fields such as education, business and research. I appreciate that you also provide free service as well. But one thing I like to say is that it happened after have purchased minimal plan. It said no ads or banner in the form but when I downloaded the Forms as pdf version there appears “ads” on the lower right corner of the form. I am not happy with it and you should clarify about it before purchasing. Then customers can consider about it. So please explain about it. Apart from it this is the great app ever I suppose. Thanks you.

  Amazing App

  I work at an animal rescue and we have been looking for a good way to go fully electronic with all of our surrender/adoption forms. We couldn’t find anything that quite worked for us, until I downloaded this app! It’s amazing to say the least. We can send forms straight to people’s phones for them to fill out and it all gets emailed directly back to our rescue email for safe storage. It also works offline which is a huge bonus, and it’s very simple and easy to use! The format is clean as well, and looks professional and is user friendly. I highly recommend downloading this app!

  Love the app, but kiosk mode isn’t working

  Love JotForm, and I’m excited about what the company is trying to build here. Unfortunately, kiosk mode isn’t working well on my iPhone XS Max. Even when entering kiosk mode with screen lock, I’m able to exit the app by swiping up from the bottom - exactly the way I always exit an app. Additionally, I’m not able to access the “close kiosk mode” button, as swiping down from the top pulls down the Notification Center. Again, I’m excited about what JotForm is trying to do here, as it will make my job a bit easier - and cut down on paper! Until kiosk mode is secure on my device, though, I’m unable to use the app in any real-world setting.

  I want more text box options

  This has really saved our butts during the pandemic. Helped us get an online store up and running without having to hire someone to edit our website since money is tight. My only gripe is I want some text box options that aren’t headers that don’t require a response, and the “scrolling” images doesn’t seem to keep constraint proportions. Oh and the thumbnails are super small, but I’ll live. But over all, easy to use for someone who’s mildly computer savvy, like pretty sure my Mom could do it, which is great!

  Fantastic.. better than adobe

  I am beyond impressed with the level of customization and usability this application delivers. This app can be used to create professional forms from any skill levels. Basic users to Pro users will be thankful they used this app! I never leave reviews in the App Store (this is my first!) but after spending the evening creating a form for my new business, I had to give a shout out to JotForm for their superior product! Thank you!!

  So excited for this!

  I never leave reviews but I recently created a course for my business coaching brand so when someone else sent me a form, I decided to look in to it for creating an intake form for my class. Let me just say that I am blown away by all the options I can create, including a sales page, and for FREE! It was so easy and quick to set up, and did I mention FREE?! I can’t wait to create some more forms and really see how this baby works!

  JotForm Mobile is Great!

  All of the functionality from the web version to your phone, the mobile JotForm app is getting better and better. Easy to display forms, edit on the fly and make changes. Sometimes the notifications don’t load into the form appropriately but the fixes are quick and responsive. Would highly recommend!

  The PERFECT Form Solution!!!

  I researched 5 different solutions to create forms based on existing PDF forms and while I still needed to do some customization the process was so simple and I was able to do exactly what I wanted. The collection process was the selling point though. Nobody makes it easier to track and archive the forms. Can I buy stock in this company?!

  Love JotForm, but kiosk is borderline unuseable

  Ive put so much effort into building out my business’ form systems just to find that the kiosk mode doesn’t autofocus the cursor in the first field in card layout. Why would it need to be anywhere else? Customers then have to touch the screen each time in order to type, and most type the answer only to look up and see nothing entered, to then have to touch the screen and then type. Frustrating .... I tried it outside of kiosk mode on browsers and still the same issue. THEN the widgets do not play nice and cause a bunch of blank screens to pop up and have to be closed in order to get to the form in kiosk mode. Sometimes it freezes and you can’t even get to the form. This is detriment for someone trying to have a waiver that autorefreshes after each customer. Fix these issues and I’ll gladly give 5 stars.

  Thank You For The New App

  I’m in love with the new contact info import button... at last no more copy paste... wish it would also search the form for a comments box and if found import those comments to the notes section of a contact... but I’m not complaining!.. You guys are the Best!

  This is great!

  We have been in need of a kiosk like way of taking forms but solutions were expensive or a lot of work. Great work! How exactly do I make a form that looks like your screenshots? You aren’t using one question per page but it looks nicer than the full form on one page option. Thanks!

  Sound notifications

  I like the app my only complaint is I no longer get sound notifications. I have tried the steps from the web site and still no sound notifications.

  Quick and Easy

  I have been looking for a form to use for family reunion registration. I lucked up on jotform and it is perfect. It even calculates the fee due and allows you to add options to preset templates. A couple of edits I did were really easy to do.

  Better platform and use of space. Your able to set conditions and multi uses without having to break the bank like the other apps. Well done guys!

  Love the interface but

  I believe it’s a very promising app comparing to others, however it needs a lot of work on viewing the results like being able to export it to excel and show it in how many ppl chose option 1 in the multiple questions for example
