Will work one minute and then the next watch nor iPhone works on the lock. It’s faster just to use a code since you know that’ll work the first time instead of SaltoKS that makes you stand there and fail while others wonder if you’re waiting to tailgate into the building.

Edit: nearly a year later still unreliable junk software. FYI it’s also been two years since they promised Apple wallet support, it all we got is an unreliable Apple Watch app to match the unreliable phone app.

Had this garbage at my co-working space and it never worked properly. NEVER. They just removed it and installed something else.

Wasted half an hour trying to set this up. Looks like another stupidity tax expense:-)

Fails to open the door. Also, no Apple Wallet support like you promised long time ago.

Good luck with changing your phone! It won’t activate on the new one. It keeps telling you it is activated on another phone! What a joke

SaltoKS was already bad. Now it is unusable. The one remaining functionality I had, Mobile Key, is unavailable.

There’s not even a support line to call if you get locked out.

Imagine thinking that opening an app, clicking through a menu, and waiting for a BT connection to a battery operated device is a good choice for an entire apartment building.

Sadly my appt uses this system so I'm forced to use it. Constantly glitches out, opens up your wallet when you're trying to tap in. Terrible app and key system.

Not a day goes by I nearly want to punch a hole in my door because SaltoKS is the WORST. Keep your keys because even losing them every so often is better than the daily frustration of SaltoKS

Never works….. I’ll get locked out of my apartment for hours because the lock is “offline line.” What the *^%#! That defeats the whole purpose of having a digital lock. The worst part, you can’t unlock with an actual key. And the batteries in the lock can die! Booooo

Currently locked out of the house while writing this, since this system never seems to work. Thanks again salto! Spend more time on making your systems run smoother than trying to make the whole packaging and design look so appealing. none of that matters if nothing works. I knew digital keys weren’t a good idea

Claims to support widgets but no widget appears in the list for SaltoKS. I’ve updated and the release notes even stated this. Additionally, why can’t the figure out how to prevent ApplePay from launching everything I open my lock. If other apps support NFC from the wallet why can’t you?

Have it at work. Most of the time out takes a few tries with standing awkwardly in front of the door being laughed at by coworkers. Finally today refused to find any locks 🤷‍♂️.

Also really obnoxious that the widget (which is actually really useful!) won’t tell you if you’ve been logged out.

U fortunately doesn’t work all the time. UX is pretty poor and confusing to navigate

Very easy to open the door remotely. Love that it has the digital key function as well.
