Poor performance

Very annoyed with this app... error upon errors, not working, i feel like playing the roulette when opening the app. New updates new features that do not work...for example latest update introduced the Salto KS Mobile Key. Does it work? Of course not... it says unlock your phone....always. Yesterday waited in front on the office for 30 min along side other people because neither app nor keyfob was working... why is this app still in the app store ???

Hard to use this as a „Key“, as there are always 20-30 Seconds to open a door. You better never be in a hurry. It is absolutely annoying that the payment cards appear while using the widget to open a door.
The texts that explain how to use the app are cut at least in German language so you cannot even read how to use the app properly.
The linked webpage for help/ support is 404 not found. Cool cool cool.
Why is there is list with events that show all opened door? How does that match with EU-Privacy?
