I don’t even make reviews like this ever but oh my god. What in the heck is this? Zero options to make a loan payment through P1FCUDigitalBanking ?!!! I need to sign an authorization form through the mail to make online payments?!! What? I really can’t make a payment for my loan over P1FCUDigitalBanking or do anything for that matter. It’s a worthless app. Period.

These app is a joke! Not sure if it’s the bank or P1FCUDigitalBanking but dear Lord this thing is SLOW! Any transaction takes forever to reflect. If you use this bank/app, you better use a budget app or something similar to track your money if you wanna know what your balance is at any given moment. You’ll see your accurate balance at some point, in a day or two, or maybe three, but by the time it catches up with last week expenses, it’ll be behind with today’s. Not reliable at all. 👎

The first day after P1FCUDigitalBanking was updated it worked great, now it crashes everytime I try to open it. Is it really that hard to make a decent app?

I have internet and can browse but for some reason P1FCUDigitalBanking is not loading once I put in my password.

It says it offers mobile deposits but its not on app to do-major disappointment given other banking systems offer it. Its a major inconvenience to drive to bank, especially during Covid-19.

Does not recognize login for auto payment account. Works fine for online payment through the website. Would like the option to use P1FCUDigitalBanking .

I am the main person on the account, because my husband signed in first and linked it to other accounts with his mom, it won't let me create a login so I can just see his and my accounts.

p1FCU. Should look at some other CU's apps and procedures on how to handle multiple logins.

It’s a simple bank app and that’s all you can ask for

No mobile deposit on iPhone.

It’s helpful in many ways but the interface is very old it needs to be updated it’s hard on the eyes. compared to like LCCU banking app.

Recent update says mobile deposit option is available but still doesn’t show up in P1FCUDigitalBanking for the IPhone. Everything else works really well - overall P1FCUDigitalBanking doesn’t really seem to flow and seems a bit jumbled or scattered for lack of better description but functions properly.

Tried to delete and reinstall to no effect.

I love the update that was done! I like that I can click a button and see a budget and exactly where my money goes. I can make loan payments and transfer money in less than a minute. I also love the Touch ID portion of this it's easy to log in anywhere and look where am at spending wise. Or if I need to transfer money I can.

I love how easy it is to keep track of all of my accounts and spending. It's so convenient being able to pay my loans and see pictures of the checks I've written.

Touch ID is a great addition to this already innovative app. Having access to accounts on the go is beneficial!

P1FCUDigitalBanking works perfect on my phone. On the original M1 I was able to download from P1FCUDigitalBanking Store and use on my MacBook. On my M1 pro I do not see it. Does it need to be updated to support?

It is so easy to use and the best thing is that it looks and acts the same as the website. No matter what device I use to access my online banking, it looks and functions the same. Thanks for making online banking so easy!

This is one of the easier app's I have used. It keeps me up to date on all my accounts, lets me transfer money directly to my hairdresser who also is a member, no writing checks or debit. I love the accessibility to pay my loans and that I can use the budget tracker. I also love that I can find a location of a P1FCU branch at any time.

I love that I can see my other accounts using a single sign on. The money manger makes it easy to track my spending and create budgets. Good job P1FCU
