Waiting for BigFootJavaRewards to catch up to the iOS 11. I LOVE BIGFOOT more then Starbucks and would travel to the few locations just to get it instead. But I want to be able to use BigFootJavaRewards like I use the Starbucks app! In the new update can you please have it to where we could scan our card instead of just checking in? And maybe more features please?? Also! Can we get the menu on the next update? It’s really lame how little we can do with BigFootJavaRewards .

BUGFOOT!!!! You’re a business trying to make money right? A huge portion of your customers want to use their Bigfoot card to store cash in the wallet, but your app doesn’t work! What happens? They go elsewhere. You know it’s an issue but you don’t fix it. I wonder how much sales would go up if BigFootJavaRewards worked correctly..?

I love big foot java but BigFootJavaRewards or even a regular browser won’t let me even create an account. I have a card but needed to create an account to cash in the many points I have for rewards. When I create an account and chose option for “I already have a card” and enter my card number and login, it goes back to the “I have a card” or “I need a card” menu. I will probably have to get a new card and I’m not sure if my rewards can be transferred. I’m sure it’s an easy fix that will generate a lot of revenue for big foot! Please fix!

I love going to BIGFOOT JAVA! My husband and I go there all the time. However we can no longer use BigFootJavaRewards because you haven’t made an iOS update since iOS 11 came out. Please update your app! It’s kind of a pain to always have to give Our phone number out when the barista’s are busy and we are no longer able to see how many drinks we purchase before a free one without going on the website at home. Please update your app. Thank you!

I’ve been a BigFoot Java customer for about 14 years, & my whole family & I have been using BigFootJavaRewards for a number of years, we are all disappointed that BigFootJavaRewards isn’t compatible with iOS 11, I’m hoping they fix it soon, we told them of this problem for like a year now...I shutter to think 🤔 how much we spend on coffee ☕️ but they don’t value the customers enough to correct app faster than this?? When will you correct BigFootJavaRewards ?

I have been using Bigfoot and BigFootJavaRewards for a long time and been very happy with both BigFootJavaRewards and the coffee. The last several months I have been very frustrated as I have not been able to load money onto my card so I have not been using Bigfoot as my coffee place. I always loaded $20 the card using BigFootJavaRewards so I would get the extra benefits, because I didn’t get the extra I decided not to go to the shop. I would really like to start to get my favorite coffee again so I would appreciate BigFootJavaRewards getting fixed. Please give us all an update as to when you will be getting BigFootJavaRewards up to date. Thanks

I like the fact that you can check in from the phone and pay off your card. I don't like the fact that it does not show your balance or other important information. Definitely needs to be updated and improved. The coffee is still the best though.

Why does this happen? I’ll let you load money on there. The reload does not work. It just keeps turning and turning and turning and turning and turning and it never loads never loads. I’ve deleted BigFootJavaRewards re-added it. I’ve done everything that I could possibly do it does not work fix your app and why do you not allow Uber Eats to do pick ups? Ridiculous.

I have used BigFootJavaRewards since it first launched but since my latest upgrade I cannot see my balance-or anything on the right side if I have free drink, $5 bonus or total drinks towards next free one. Also, have had several times in the last few weeks I couldn't check in. I love that I can automatically reload my card as a feature, but when BigFootJavaRewards is on the fritz I cannot use that money. Please resolve. I love big foot & normally love BigFootJavaRewards. I will write new review once fixed.

I’m not super impressed with BigFootJavaRewards , but it is slowly getting better. I mostly am concerned that my points aren’t tracking appropriately. I know I’ve gotten more points than what shows on BigFootJavaRewards .
I did however want to give a huge stellar compliment to the staff at the usual stand I go to! There are three wonderful women there that always go above and beyond to make my visit feel a little special and it brightens even a cloudy day.

I love BigFootJavaRewards -- it's so convenient to get my points whenever I go to Big Foot.. But sadly, now that I have an iPhone 6, I can't see my point balances or anything. It worked perfectly with the iPhone 5 but it needs to be updated to fix the different screens on the 6's!!

I have BigFootJavaRewards for about a year not and I’ve only just now had an issue with it where it’s declining my debit card. I was trying to add money to my account but it kept declining. The girl ran my debit card and no issue. I’ve deleted BigFootJavaRewards and reinstalled to see if that fixed the glitch

LOVE BigFootJavaRewards but won’t work with the newest update

Well it's been a year since I could check my balance using BigFootJavaRewards. Now it's working correctly and they didn't update BigFootJavaRewards . The only change is ios9 came out. So I'm guessing the problem was in ios8. In any case I'm glad it's working again.

Bigfoot Java in Burien is my place for coffee. Always a great cup and they take good care of me - even when I change up my drink, which I often do. I’ve no reason to go anywhere else and if by some chance I need to, well it’s just not the same. Bigfoot, you’re #1, Thank You!

I have been patiently waiting. This actually makes life easier for having my coffee ready when I get there and tracking my account activity.

Today, started like most days. Rainy, windy with a hint of bad day hanging over it.

Made my way to BigFootJava and suddenly….the day became Legendary.

After I left with my Mythical Mocha, I was immediately pulled over by a local Sheriff who asked me “what are you doin in this here town” to which I replied “becoming Legendary”.

He was so impressed by my response he wrote himself a ticket for being weak and feeble.

Moral of the review? Be Legendary, drink BigFootJava.

Love when places have apps to get rewards. Keeps the wallet free of useless cards. Been using BigFootJavaRewards for over 10 years now. Haven’t had an issue with it and I like how I can order from BigFootJavaRewards . Wish it didn’t have to go through door dash even for pick ups but no issue on my end. Keep doin what you do with coffee!

They released there new app today and what an update! Looks great! Can’t wait to see what else is coming!

Helpful but I wish it would tell me how many points I’m away from the free drink
