I love big foot java but the app or even a regular browser won’t let me even create an account. I have a card but needed to create an account to cash in the many points I have for rewards. When I create an account and chose option for “I already have a card” and enter my card number and login, it goes back to the “I have a card” or “I need a card” menu. I will probably have to get a new card and I’m not sure if my rewards can be transferred. I’m sure it’s an easy fix that will generate a lot of revenue for big foot! Please fix!

Waiting for the app to catch up to the iOS 11. I LOVE BIGFOOT more then Starbucks and would travel to the few locations just to get it instead. But I want to be able to use the app like I use the Starbucks app! In the new update can you please have it to where we could scan our card instead of just checking in? And maybe more features please?? Also! Can we get the menu on the next update? It’s really lame how little we can do with the app.

I’ve been a BigFoot Java customer for about 14 years, & my whole family & I have been using the app for a number of years, we are all disappointed that the app isn’t compatible with iOS 11, I’m hoping they fix it soon, we told them of this problem for like a year now...I shutter to think 🤔 how much we spend on coffee ☕️ but they don’t value the customers enough to correct app faster than this?? When will you correct the app?
