The app says I'm forbidden from accessing resources and this is very frustrating for me. I've tried everything I know to do. I'm an Alliance Française student who needs to access audios and videos from the textbook. I'll be grateful if this is looked into. Thank you.

When I scan the page and select the activity, it says 'Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource.
