Frustrated
I just created an account. Then I downloaded the app. I tried to log in. It said my email and password don’t match. They do match. I can get on the site through the email I received. So I tried to set up my account through the app. It said this account is already in use. It still wouldn’t let me log in through the app.

No support from Lotsa Helping Hands
The set up is easy the concept is tremendous but all of a sudden the automatic reminders stopped sending for the tasks. Support claims a response in 24 hours. No response 72 hours later and two follow up emails. No phone support either. This is a fabulous tool, but the reminder feature is essential.

As a coordinator the app would be better on the phone. But anytime I try to switch between pages or crashes. Like if I go from calendar to activity it just closes or if I click on the comments to read them crash.
