Absolutely grateful for TestBank. This has really been helping since the DMV is no longer handing out hard copies in NH

I brought TestBank a while ago and I deleted because TestBank was too complicated but why was it continually charging me shouldn’t it automatically stop when I delete TestBank

I got a $25 iTunes gift Card for Valentine’s Day and put it in. The second I entered it I was charged $5.34 for something I never authorized. I would like a refund for my “purchase” that I never authorized. It didn’t ask for my FaceiD or anything which any other time. Even for free purchases it asks for it. And I never even used TestBank. The only reason I downloaded it was because I thought it was free to use and I also thought it was a good app to use to get ready to take my permit test. I was wrong about both clearly. And I opened TestBank one time and got my free trial for 3 days or whatever and canceled it after those 3 days or however long it was. That way I wouldn’t get charged if I got an iTunes gift card. But that didn’t work clearly. Because I still got charged $5.34. So this really pisses me off because that was almost a quarter of what I had on my iTunes gift card. All I want is a refund for my unauthorized “purchase”

This is a good app but needs some improvements. If I answer the question wrong it should give me a reason why the other answer is correct. Also when you have sign questions you should show that sign. I'm viewing this on an ipad. It would be great if the font was bigger. I bought TestBank as a review and to keep up to date. The price was great compared to other apps out there.

Make it where it doesn't tell u if ur correct til the end

TestBank is horrible. It has taken lots of money and I didn’t even authorize the purchase of it. It takes $5.35 out every week. I would definitely not purchase TestBank. It will take your money without you knowing because it says TestBank is free and then it will charge your bank account. I would like a refund and also to cancel my “subscription” that I did not want. Plus TestBank makes it hard to cancel the subscription in app. If you don’t want to spend 5 dollars a week on a Driving App then DO NOT get this. I give TestBank less than one star.

It started telling me that I had only an 8% probability of passing the actual test when I had one or two 77% tests that I took. I just took my actual test and only got 2 wrong. So much for that 8% huh? TestBank also has way too many questions about fines and jail time than actual street knowledge questions on their “accurate” dmv permit full practice test.

In app description it’s says “DMV this app in 100% free....” ,and “FREE UNLIMITED ACCESS the entire app, No payment required” but I’m getting charge every week. I noticed my money is being taken from my app pay, I find out that it is TestBank so I delete and cancel the subscription, that I never knew about but im still being charged. Not once did it ask for verification or my finger print to allow these transactions. I also never saw anything about a subscription/charges after 3days.

Terrible, frustrating waste of time.

I wish this was a upfront purchase. Because there is a glitch in the system after you decide to purchase the add on (meaning more than the sample questions) for $1.00 it keeps asking you over and over to buy. I can never get to more questions because it asks me to purchase it, then when I do, it states I've already purchased it.... and so on and so on... in a frustrating circle.

Part of me thinks this is just a devilish scam to get people to give away a dollar, and there really are no more questions. If you want a taste of purgatory, this is TestBank for you.

i downloaded TestBank because it said it was free and when i opened it, TestBank said i had to subscribe so i deleted it, only to find out that it automatically took $9.99 out of my itunes gift card fund without asking for permission or even notifying me of the transaction. you need to refund my money or i will be notifying the proper authorities. i wish i could give 0 stars.

I failed 7 times because of TestBank

App crashes every time I try to open it. Also you have to pay $5 a week to use it and you only get a 3 day trial. You should not put free in the title if it is not a free version where you can buy upgrades. Would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this for anyone

I hate apps like this, telling you you have a free trial but when it’s time to cancel it they make t so freaking hard. Before I got TestBank it’s said free 3 day trial and simply go on the settings to cancel. Well when I went on the settings there is no option to cancel. I STULL CANT CANCEL!!! You guys are a rip off and I’m mad as hell. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW!!!!!

I’d stick to the book, it’s a lot more help. It helps a little but the book will be a lot more accurate (obviously) :/ also you shouldn’t say “FREE OF CHARGE” in discretion, it’s miss leading! I was changed TWICE! Even though it was NEVER SPECIFIED that it gets RENEWED every week, therefore, you pay the due amount weekly. Be less misleading.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and TestBank keeps saying to go to the “account settings” but when I click it their is no option to cancel the subscription. They are charging me for an app I don’t even use. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

It says TestBank is 100% free BUT ITS been charging me!!!! Didn’t even tell me that after a certain amount of time they start taking you’re money...... 40$$ later, and I JUST found out. I didn’t check my Apple email because I make sure that everything is free and it says it in the description.

It just took $5.43 from me and didn’t even ask if I wanted to. I downloaded it cause it was free and thought it could help me. After I opened it up, then it tells me thank you for ur payment. It is a scam app! It tells u free then just start taking ur money!! I wouldn’t recommend for nobody!!!

They trick you into download TestBank not showing how much will it cost until you download TestBank ,

after you download TestBank then they will tell you free for three days and if you download it’s very difficult to find a way to cancel don’t ever use TestBank.

I downloaded this to test whether it was really free. Luckily I read through it all and found out it is $9.99 PER WEEK after the 3 day trial. Seems pretty disingenuous and a ‘bait and switch’ for an unsuspecting High School student who may need more than 3 days to study.

I’ve have been trying for months to cancel my subscription to this happy and I haven’t figured it out can someone please help me.

TestBank claims everything is free but as soon as you open it, it prompts you to pay $9.99.

I must say that TestBank is great to prepare for the written test. The questions are very similar to the ones on the actual test which is a great help. It's also nice how they have taken all the essentials of the handbook and turned them into questions so you won't really need to read the handbook which is mind-numbing and quite boring lol. The only problem I have with TestBank as someone has stated here that it would be very helpful when u get a question wrong to provide an explanation as to why the other answer is correct. But still a good and useful app!

How is it free and also $4.99 a week?!?!?!
