Message shown: An error was encountered during playback. or contact loading failed. Did connect 15 minutes before service and after 10 minutes disconnected. 5 minutes before service. I have had this problem in the past but was able to connect before service. I use on-line services when I do not attend at the Lino Lakes Campus. Thank you for your attention. Marilyn Nelson.

Fix Eagle Brook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eagle Brook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Eagle Brook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Eagle Brook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Eagle Brook » click [Force Stop]

Update Eagle Brook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eagle Brook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Eagle Brook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Eagle Brook.

Fix Eagle Brook unable to contact server/ Eagle Brook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Eagle Brook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Eagle Brook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Eagle Brook
