Message shown: An error was encountered during playback. or contact loading failed. Did connect 15 minutes before service and after 10 minutes disconnected. 5 minutes before service. I have had this problem in the past but was able to connect before service. I use on-line services when I do not attend at the Lino Lakes Campus. Thank you for your attention. Marilyn Nelson.
