Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IFFA Navigator app issues:

Force Stop the IFFA Navigator App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IFFA Navigator app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IFFA Navigator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IFFA Navigator App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IFFA Navigator app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IFFA Navigator.

Fix IFFA Navigator unable to contact server/ IFFA Navigator internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click IFFA Navigator » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got IFFA Navigator » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IFFA Navigator on android.

The Navigator App is available for Apple-Products (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) at IFFANavigator Store as a free App. The Navigator-App is the official guide for visitors of Messe Frankfurt’s IFFA exhibition.
