How to fix UNiDAYS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UNiDAYS app on iPhone
Update UNiDAYS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UNiDAYS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UNiDAYS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UNiDAYS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UNiDAYS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UNiDAYS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UNiDAYS App
1. On android, goto Settings » UNiDAYS » click [Force Stop]

Update UNiDAYS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UNiDAYS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UNiDAYS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UNiDAYS.

Fix UNiDAYS unable to contact server/ UNiDAYS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UNiDAYS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UNiDAYS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
