Super Easy & Convenient

Been in the industry for the last 20 years. Used multiple CRM types of software. The phone based Sugar app is super easy to use and convenient. Does 99% of what I need without going to the tablet based version.

Not a fan

Maybe we have a watered down version but Sugar in general is worthless. App crashes often. Hard to navigate while on the road. Doesn’t mesh well with apple products for logging incoming calls and you will drive into the ditch attempting to make a call through SugarCRM . Again I think we are paying for a Chevy and everyone else is driving a Rolls?

New version keeps force closing

Since the update the new version keeps force closing when I’m trying to use SugarCRM . This makes it virtually unusable

Update

Whatever update happened recently to the web based version has left out a lot of helpful info. All of the “action” buttons are missing for one. Create buttons don’t show up unless you put your mouse pointer over it. Very frustrating.

It’s ok.

Lately it freezes when the phone goes to sleep. Which is ALL THE TIME. Fix it please.

Can't import contacts updated

The main reason I downloaded SugarCRM was to import my volumes of contacts. Since I can't do this I would have to manually input contacts. Suggestions:
Ability to import contacts from my phone.
Card scanner integration.

I like that I can log calls from within SugarCRM but that's if the contact already exists in sugar.

There should be better sort filter for contacts. Like the company name, geographic region, etc. I don't even want to see other peoples contacts so only seeing my contacts should be a default filter.

Update: I just saw that salesforce has integration for dragon naturally speaking. A feature like this would be amazing.

Map integration that showed contacts by geographic region would be great.

Good Initiative but...

No workflow options available? Also, no way to upload documents (PDF's) to opportunity document section. Please fix it on future updates. We use the PRO version and it'd be great to have all features available on the go. Especially for our sales guys. Thanks!

It allows you to seamlessly use all aspects of this app with a fantastic clean and user friendly UI.

Since update the mobile app is barely usable.

Don't get me wrong, there have always been issues with sugar mobile, but this latest update has broken everything. Constant hang-ups and crashes. 'Internal Error' every time you try to do something. This needs to be fixed.

Scheduled calls

Disappointed in a few items:
1. Planned calls disappear after planned time
2. Customers name does not appear on planned calls
3. Call history lists oldest calls first. It would make sense to have most recent activity appear first

Not for Community version

I'm sure SugarCRM is great, but it's a real disappointment that it doesn't work with the Community version...not even a little bit. I guess I need to look elsewhere.

Where's the calendar?

I have been using SugarCRM for about a month now, very disappointed.
1. Calls can't be scheduled, alarms don't work, however email alarms do work.
2. Where is the calendar? Every CRM app has a calendar in it.
3. Very cumbersome.

Issues

SugarCRM has a lot of issues. Calendar entries disappear after scheduled time passes. Calendar entries for planned calls don't list the customer just the subject. Also call history shows oldest calls first.

Will we EVER get a calendar??? I'd change the rating to 5 stars if we had access to our calendar in SugarCRM.

Love this app

I use it every day and it gives me all the information I need. I really like that I can use it offline on a plane and that my most recent things I’ve looked are shown first.

I probably spend more time on the mobile than the desktop app.

Ok, I'm totally biased here. But I have to say, the recent updates to Sugar Mobile are fantastic. I truly use SugarCRM everyday to learn something new about my customers. I love it!
