How to fix Twickets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Twickets app on iPhone
Update Twickets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Twickets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Twickets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Twickets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Twickets Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Twickets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Twickets App
1. On android, goto Settings » Twickets » click [Force Stop]

Update Twickets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Twickets App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Twickets » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Twickets.

Fix Twickets unable to contact server/ Twickets internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Twickets » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Twickets » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
