Needs work!! Badly

I’m giving it a 1 star a few reasons. I really couldn’t tell what all this app could do and so I paid the full price for everything. Once I did that the shop page acts as if I still needed to buy separate items and when I went to change to the main page it prompts me to watch a video to remove the watermark. Excuse me? I just paid $6.99 for that (EVERYTHING). Strike one. Ok so I import a pic to edit and add a basic filter to. Even tapping ORIGINAL which should restore the image to its original state destroyed the original imported image and smeared it with this weird foggy layer - it’s awful and makes filters unusable for me where other apps work just fine. Strike two. Next I tried the magazine layout because that could be useful for some things I might do. Each layout has a template with words across but I couldn’t figure out how to edit the default text so it says useless things like PICLAB and never in my life would I need your app name on any project I’m working on. Strike three. DONE. I’m not asking for a refund because of my own idiocy. Don’t make my mistake thinking buying it will make it more useful. These guys obviously never tested this before shipping it out or don’t care what customers think. Either way enjoy my $6.99 - you deserve this review

What Happened Here???

I touch the text to bring up editing features like the three bubbles for shadowing and it no longer shows the shadows of any color on any color font! You can’t put letters on same color backgrounds anymore and when you use this feature it saves the top left portion of the text only??? What happened to this app? I didn’t pay money to have all of the features unlocked only to be screwed in an update! And it’s not a hiccup because I deleted the app and reinstalled it - in the immortal words of Yukon Cornelius...NOTHIN’ Well, you said you fixed the shadow effect for the fonts, but no! This recent update did not fix the issue that is most frustrating to me. And for you to give a response to say the problem is fixed is very disingenuous. I hope people read this and don’t actually pay money to unlock features if they’re only going to be changed or messed up and developers can’t even figure out how to make a small fix. Especially when it used to work just fine! Very disappointed 😔

BEWARE: They’ll take your money but won’t help

Support is a joke. I purchase the $6.99 unlock bundle a few weeks ago. After purchasing I was still unable to use the premium features, it just kept asking for me to pay again. I sent WeHeartIt support numerous emails including screenshots and actual screen recordings from my phone that show I was logged in with the Apple ID I used to buy the upgrade but still unable to use the premium features. The purchase also shows under my Purchase History. After a few emails back and forth and then sending the screen recording and another follow up email, it’s been five days now and “support” has completely stopped responding. I would not recommend upgrading to the paid version of this app because if you have an issue getting what you paid for, WeHeartIt support won’t be able to help you.
