I have been using this app for a little over 2 years now to post photos of my daughter for family. It has more or less been a decent experience, though their app can be glitchy, especially when you’re creating photo books on mobile. I found that anytime I’d try to swipe up to review my books on iPhone that it would totally crash out of the book and I’d have to go back in and start over. I got over that aggravation and proceeded to finish my books. When I went to order them, you can only order a single book at a time, so you get hit with shipping for each individual book. A full 100 page book costs $80 plus $8 shipping. They’re only tiny 12x12 books and honestly, $80 is asking too much for the result. Unfortunately, several years and thousands of photos later, I was married to the site and wanted to get my books created so I emailed customer service (Marlene) about the shipping costs which she said she’d credit back after placing my order. Five emails and three months later and I still have received NOTHING back from them. Not to mention the title printing on one of the books was cut off and I asked about correcting that as well. Cluster is fine if you won’t ever have to pull anything out of it, such as creating books. God forbid you need customer service to assist because it is non-existent with this app. I would say go elsewhere and find a better app that has actual support.

We really liked Cluster and so does our family. It’s made sharing photos really easy. I decided to order about $200 with of photo books from them for Christmas presents and even though I got a confirmation that my books were shipped and they should be delivered within 3-5 days, the tracking information still shows it hasn’t been delivered to the carrier (and it’s been 6 days). I’ve emailed this app through my email as well as submitted a ticket through their website, but no one has responded to my 5 attempts to contact them. There is not a phone number ANYWHERE, so I have zero recourse if this app decides not to respond to me. It looks like not only will I not have photo books for Christmas, but it’s likely that I’ll be out $200 for items I’ve never received. Really disappointed at the lack of professionalism and respect for its customers.

In the past month, this app’s email notifications have stopped working for members of my photo album when a new photo is uploaded. I’ve reached out to this app’s help desk multiple times through the this app app and email, and no one has responded. Incredibly disappointed with this because we worked hard to find something off of social media to safely share our family pics with extended family. Please don’t invest your time and effort with Cluster.

I downloaded Cluster today to share photos with my friends from a trip we just took. Right out of the gate, I couldn’t even see what I was typing into the field to add group members. Then when I did use the + to add instead, Cluster crashed three times when trying to add the same person. When I tried it without that person, I was finally able to get to the next screen. But then it wouldn’t upload my pictures. What??! Total waste of time. I ended up making a private album in Facebook which is a route I was trying to avoid.

My wife and I are in our 30’s and don’t have social media. Which is why we love Cluster. It’s easy to use and fun. All our family lives many states away and is a great way for aunts, uncles, grandma’s and friends to see our kids grow!! We have been using Cluster for years and love it. We have ordered a photo book for them before and that turned out really cool!

I would rate 5 stars if I could get notifications. My only real complaint is ever since iPhone XS Max there has been NO notifications. I trying going to there website ( which is worthless, all you can do is Twitter them) I have tried sending feedback through Cluster with no response. I have uninstalled Cluster checking all the settings nothing works

So please up date Cluster . Your 11 months behind and serval apple updates behind. Please fix Cluster !

This used to be an awesome app! We use it to share baby pictures with out of state family so we don't have to clog up text message storage or post publicly on Facebook.
However, since the last update, I can't get it to open. It keeps crashing and won't get past the opening screen. Customer support is worthless. We've had 5 emails back and forth, where I've said 3 times what version of Cluster I'm using and that I've redownloaded it twice, and her last email asked me if I'd "tried getting the latest version." 🙄

Hope this gets fixed soon! Until then, it's wasted space.

We have Cluster because we just had our child and have family all over the US so we wanted a place to share pictures without bombarding Facebook especially since my MIL doesn’t have Facebook. Was working fine for a couple weeks since I downloaded but then my husband was having issues uploading the last two weeks. Then the last 3 days I’ve been trying to post a 1 month picture and “caption” and it won’t post. Says finishing up for half a second when I try to post then nothing happens.

I have been using this app for a few weeks. At first I had no problem saving photos to my iPhone. Suddenly I am no longer able to do this. The prompt just spins and spins. Just as suddenly I am no longer receiving Notifications as I was prior to updating to the most current iOS. Notification settings have not changed. Others in our group having same issue. This results in missed picture posts unless I check manually several times a day. Looks like this app needs an update ASAP!

Cluster has a nice feel and has worked nicely for sharing different albums with different audiences. The only downsides are a.) the notifications don’t work well. Despite setting up Cluster to have me notified when comments are added or photos are liked, I still don’t get the notifications. Other users in my family have said the same thing. It would be nice for each member of a group to know when a photo has been uploaded. I emailed Cluster developers via the feedback tool, however never heard back. B.) the photo books are expensive compared to other apps. Still like the look and feel enough to keep using though.

this app is a GREAT app in many ways, However, it is very frustrating that the photos in the feed cannot be arranged to suit my preference, or even in the same way as the Gallery. They are stuck in the order in which they uploaded and cannot be changed. The photos in the gallery can be arranged in a number of pre-set ways, but I have had it set the “oldest first”, and the photos are still not in the correct order. A set of photos taken on the same day will end up with a random photo from another day right in the middle. Please fix these issues and I would be happy to BUY Cluster, but it doesn’t suit my needs as it currently functions.

Please please please...make it to where you can make galleries within an already made group. I have a group of friends and we have one group that has everything we’ve done in college so far. The only way to sort them is by time or user. It would have been really nice to have them sorted by gallery, events, etc.

I know you can make a new group with the same users but your app turns into GroupMe then. They have made it to where if you’re in multiple groups it’s annoying and cluttered. It’s easier if there’s one group and subsections inside one. You could be the change!

Cluster was great years ago, I suspect there's just zero support judging by all the reviews complaining about it. Unfortunately, that's what I came here to confirm. I can barely use Cluster without it crashing. If i try to save a photo to my iPhone it crashes immediately, and it's been doing that for years. I just take a screenshot then crop it. I was happy to support it, but I think it's time to move on. Hopefully I can save all my albums via the website to my computer.

We don’t generally put photos of our children on social media, but this app allows us to easily share photos privately with people who live far away. The only complaint we have about it is that it’s glitchy- uploading photos can be very glitchy sometimes, especially if you’re trying to do multiple at once. Also, notifications don’t work. I don’t get push notifications when someone likes or comments on a photo, so if I’m not actively checking, I won’t see the notification. While it’s frustrating, it’s not enough for me to stop using it. The benefits definitely outweigh that piece

The upside is It’s free easy to manage, load, and give others access with different rights. The downside is the there’s no organization you can preform once loaded. You can’t even update information once loaded just delete and resend or recreate. If you download the pictures you also lose all the comments. Why not add a small fee organization feature option?

I love this app! I am a Grandma that can’t navigate complicated computer sites. With Cluster I am able to easily open and (not go through a lot of advertising) to enjoy seeing all my family, and see the great things my grand children and great grandchildren are doing. We live thousands of miles apart, but this brings us together. I am Thankful!

If I upload too many pictures from my iPhone Cluster crashes repeatedly and has been for 2 days. I just deleted Cluster and reinstalled to see if this will fix it. This has already happened one other time, so not sure how many you can upload at one time??

Great way to privately share pictures with family and friends without posting to social media. This is great, especially for pictures of children. Grandparents and older adults can view through app without having to set up Facebook or instagram accounts. So easy to use.

In my own definition overviewing this wonderful masterpiece of color and creativity brings myself back to Junior Military High School 🏫 when starting the fascinating game of Dungeons and Dragons 🐉
These words applied from the mind to the art 🖼 paperwork through the paint 🎨 brush and magical 🧙‍♀️ attempts makes it so to understand and appreciate how Artwork is a gift from the Lord himself!!!
I have always enjoyed all kinds of beautiful artwork and I am flipping through everyone’s else’s pictures and stories and loving 🥰 each one of them!

30-something here. I’ve always been a little uncomfortable sharing pics of my kids to public social media apps. Cluster lets us share our moments with a targeted list of family and friends and keep our private moments private. We have groups set up for my family, my wife’s family, and a group for memes. We’ve been using it for years. Cross posting is easy. Controls are simple and effective. Cluster makes it easy to share and the minimal design lets you focus on the content. Wonderful app!

Just what I needed for a reunion site! I have just 2 suggestions: add folders to the gallery so I can organize 100’s of photos, and show text only posts (add a title too) in the gallery because we have stories that may not have a photo. Not everyone is comfortable with long threads show sequentially.

1-star. All photos deleted b/c of nude wife pics. We were the only 2 sharing the photos. Pretty crappy. Banned with no warning or return of our digital content. Don’t bother with the app if real privacy is a concern. We were with them 4 years. No appeal, no warning email, just all your stuff deleted with no recourse. Find something else. Customer service is poor and photo book quality is below average.
